What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling, and ease to employees are the best parts of this product. It’s very user freindly, and all employees are happy with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s sometimes difficult to transfer pay info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling is a breeze with deputy.

What do you like best about the product?
The general idea is good but execution is bad.
What do you dislike about the product?
You get emails if anyone comments or posts. With a big company this looks like 200+ emails a day. And it’s always frozen or down and no one on our end knows how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s good for picking up freelance shifts.

What do you like best about the product?
I used this product whenever I worked at a nonprofit. It was really efficient & made it easy to track hours. If I forgot to log hours, I could go back and do it, and give my boss a reason why I was logging afterwards. Great for accountability
What do you dislike about the product?
Are you felt like it was hard to learn to use at first but after learning it was a great app. Set up was hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to make login are ours as a nonprofit more officiant. It became a great tool for the office.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how there’s an apps available for deputy that allows you to see what’s going on with the schedule even when you’re not there!
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing really to dislike. It was great at showing my schedule and letting me know who else was on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved an issue of requesting time off. Everything is done through deputy now and it’s been a lot easier

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that my future hours, past timesheets, and notifications from my job are all in one place and that clocking in and out for work and for breaks is very easy and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that this helps enable my job to posting my hours very last minute, being able to schedule me to be in less than 12 hours from the time they post my hours on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deputy allows for more ease of scheduling workers and being able to notify them all in one place.

I like the colours used to differentiate, the visual display in time blocks, the small bits of personal information

so many email notifications, some times it feels quite bulky, like things move about a bit slow.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to check schedule from desktop or app. Easy to request a cover when you can’t make a shift by seeing who is also available
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to request time off from the app. Also difficult to request a cover from someone who is marked unavailable for a shift
