New to program but kind of confusing.
What do you like best about the product?
Tracks leave. Allows you to look up employees and schedules. Can seewhen leave was taken in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn’t update leave once you enter it or after pay period. Have to approve every shift every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finance team using it in coordination with another program. Allows them to easily keep all information in on spot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure they show you how to use it. I have little training

Great app
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can sign in and out of work so easily with this app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while, the app will glitch or be a little slow to upload a photo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is my app to sign in and out of work. I also send my daily report and sales through the app.

Easy concise navigation. Every employee was listed to use it.

That work places rely on it so much. They end up lacking in other forms of communication.

Easier to get in contact with everyone. Can always relook schedules.

I like that I can get everything I need to know/do for work in one place. (Clock in, clock out, see announcements, schedule off)

It was difficult to figure out how to work initially.

We are solving miscommunication issues and organizational issues, it’s all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that oir employees can download the app and keep track of their schedules, time off requests, etc. The time card export.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very customizable. The settings can be very confusing to set up. Customer service chat is usually pretty frustrating - nobody seems to ever know what I need help with.

Time in clock. Time off requests.

East way to keep track of your work schedule.
What do you like best about the product?
Deputy is timesheet database that helps you keep track of your schedule and those who you are working for during the work week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I know my schedule it doesn’t track my actual hours if I happen to work surpass my schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes the hassle out of accumulating paper timesheets. Weaves out data errors because info is already documented in hours
Deputy saves me time and is so easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
As an Ops Mgr who runs payroll, I use Deputy to review and export timesheet data to our Gusto payroll system. The Deputy platform is very intuitive and easy to use. The best part is really the Deputy team who have provided incredible product knowledge and support while we set up a Gusto/Deputy integration and managed some complicated reports. The ease and efficiency of the integration me look and feel like a payroll hero at my company!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are hidden or buried within the platform or employee profiles. One non-intuitive feature is that timesheets have to be approved in a certain order. When you're approving timesheets, the "next" button should force you to approve all timesheets in the correct chrono order from oldest to newest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deputy is allowing us to track timesheets for employees in 3 different states and timezones, and stay compliant with state laws. Deputy also helps us to pre-schedule shifts for retail employees which other time tracking tools can't do. It also offers an iPad app which we need!
Overall Decent
What do you like best about the product?
Generally pretty user friendly. Makes it easy to request time off and see who's working.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a member of management, it won't let us switch shifts with anothet member of management unless they have the exact same title. Also, doesn't show exact amount of hours worked under timesheet, making it hard to track hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy for sales associates to switch shifts and for store manager to approve.
