Deputy Changed My Business

What do you like best about the product?
My previous manager used to write employee schedules on a calendar at our shop. This leads to more work on the staff to learn about their schedule and more human error. Once we put in deputy, all employees were able to see their schedule weeks out, from home and make a note of any dates they could not take. Communication with staff and owners were able to happen, and the ability to share information all the way down was able to be created more effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that in the sharing channel I am only allowed one image and that videos are not an option.

Best Scheduling Application around.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact I can update and schedule meetings in real time and everyone gets the update as soon as its sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto scheduling can sometimes act up, but Deputy has been there every step of the way to help fix the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure everyone can make meetings/scrums.
TImesheets, their easy as pie to fill out and make it super easy for our accountant to pay people without having to go through a bunch of manual timesheets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a life saver. It's helped out business stay on track with meetings, time sheets and every day scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Deputy for my work as a scheduling software. I like the fact that it has an interactive feature for you to see what your colleagues are posting about their shifts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications are at times frustrating - it was hard to turn off the email notification that gets sent whenever someone updates something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps optimize the scheduling to make sure there is enough people on every shift.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s got a very easy user interface and is also good for communication
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have service to use the app- there doesn’t not seem to be a way to use the app if you are in an area without service and then have it update when you get cell service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a much easier time doing payroll than before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely a step up from paper time clocks

What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop software for scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that in order to provide a timeclock, you need a new Apple product. We prefer not to leave an expensive product out in the open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to integrate our time clock and payroll services.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the mobile app is to use and how often it reminds you to log in to the app in case you forgot to clock in for the day. It's a perfect app for small business that need to add hours for their workers , and the workers can easily manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how posts on the mobile app are not sorted by most recent posts. Sometimes it can take a while to find specific posts that I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major benefit that Deputy provides is the ease of adding new people to the payroll system. It makes the whole process painless for small businesses that are in the growing stages. Another positive exponent of the app is the ability to auto schedule people's work hours. This saves an immense amount of time for employers, where they don't need to constantly update their employees schedules.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a small business with less than 30 employees this seems like an ideal time management system to use. If your company is growing too large then this product may be a little more difficult to implement into your system because of the need to add too many people to the schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use timesheet and scheduling. Used it to schedule a team of 40, and it had an easy to use interface and supports shift swaps. Deputy is also formatted well for mobile. Overall makes everything straightforward. Employees can select different locations, and complete shift swaps on own time. Great support from Deputy. Quick set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not set up for full HR management, only scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we solve with Deputy is scheduling for a larger office. It allows our employees to view schedules and do shift swaps on their own without too much management getting involved, and we can track hours that have been worked.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to use an app so we can clock in on our phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very efficient system but is slightly easier to use on the desktop rather than on the phone screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables you to view other employees on the schedule. It makes swapping shifts easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very simple employment system, good for small companies to increase ease in clock in/clock out. I would like to see more features such as a suggestion section. Another good option could be contacts for management depending on certain issues you want to speak with them about.
