What do you like best about the product?
I'm quite liking the flexibility, simplicity (for a full and potentially complicated system) as well as the cost and costumer service. Basically as it stands I'm quite happy with everything. I'm not easy to please, I do however like what I like and deputy has a nice combination or simple yet complex. It fits my work style, as well as flexibity needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest each time I think I've found a road block, or something I don't like I find out there's an easy solution. Deputy has much more to offer then we've yet had a chance to touch on as a company but with very big plans in our future we'll really be putting it to the test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and employee/contractor scheduling communications eg time unavailable, vacation, remote checkin, and soon will be using it to monitor pay vs sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, I tried many different ones prior and this is the first one that's worked for our needs and price point.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is a mobile option as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that on the computer, you cannot see the monthly schedule in chronological order. I also dislike that on the app, you cannot see the monthly schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved a problem of organization, and we have realized that it is beneficial for all of our employees to view a constantly current schedule from home.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great program when it comes to scheduling several employees at once.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Excellent and fast support if I have a concern or issue. Highly recommend. Great app for the iPad for employees to login (with photo!). If they use the app, I know where they clocked in from (GPS locator). Easy to send out the schedule with texts and emails. I know they receive their schedule with a confirmation from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point! I haven't had any issues that weren't easily fixed with the chat button ready to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to schedule multiple employees and set certain shifts to an open status (first come, first serve!). Love being able to set up templates and copy from week to week with easy tweaks during the days if necessary.

Worth the trial to see if it works for you!

It's incredible. It's a game changer. It's really helped me drive the business and manage my staff so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. It's the best management tool I have ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staffing and budgeting has been key as with communication with my staff. It's the best management interface I've ever used. It has really helped me drive the business into new territories

If you want a system that will allow you to communicate, budget and drive your business then this is a must have application. It's simply outstanding in every possible way.

What do you like best about the product?
You can view all departments over a week, so you can easily see which departments are staffed to right levels and which are not.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we mark an employee as sick there hours do not get deducted from months total, as we don't pay sick days only SSP

What do you like best about the product?
Clocking in and out is so easy; crucially for us the Task scheduling is great too, and integrates with zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a little glitchy but they tend to release fixes/updates regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time sheets = solved; it's taught us the value of dividing time into focussed sprints

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to monitor staff times and tasks, whilst not having to be physically present at a venue. Also it streamlines communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The kiosks are incompatible with certain brands of hardware. (i.e. Samsung tablets; we needed to purchase additional hardware to be able to work with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring log in and off times of shifts and to maintain consistent work / staff standards.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that its a cheap way to accurately capture my employee time. We were previously having trouble with timesheet errors, sometimes in the employee's favour, now this is eliminated.
Timesheets were also becoming a nuisance in chasing employees to tally them and submit them online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a bit of trouble initially pushing the timesheets to Xero but support were great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate time sheets for employees, plus saving management time in transcribing them from our old paper system. Eliminated all employee errors. This saves us a lot of money.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me is the Communication between management and employees is clear and there is no double handling information as employee is in direct contact with higher levels of management
What do you dislike about the product?
That you don't get notified if a new employee doesn't recieve an invite due to something like a typo. Like an email it would be good to get a delivery report but other then that I can't think of anything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a high turn over business it's convienient not to have to let people go face to face constantly. Especially if it's due to performance only when they work hard but just don't get the sale

Its a proactive approach to getting all levels of employees to take responsiblity of keeping track of all there employment records, scheduled and rostered days to work, hours worked and keep up to date with any time requested off
