What do you like best about the product?
Clocking in/out
Shift schedule easy to follow
Easy to keep track of multiple requests for Annual leave. Tracking sickness etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
Not been able to swap shifts on Deputy Kiosk

Keeping track of staff in multiple locations over long working day

What do you like best about the product?
can see all users’ time and when they are on the clock. I love the tasks that you can assign to different employees and the sign off when they are finished with those tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat hard to schedule vacations. We just stopped putting in the expected schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeps track of hours and breaks easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Deputy has made scheduling so easy. I was really tearing my hair out with pencil and Excel and Deputy has made it easy to figure out. Plus making changes is super simple! I love the app feature and the Google calendar sharing feature, too. I can check employee schedules from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm most likely paying for features I don't use, like the time clock feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling is so very easy with Deputy. The news feed also makes it easy to communicate with employees. Since some of my employees work weekends, I never see them, so I can post messages and they must confirm. I know I'm getting the word out that way.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface. Excellent support. Detailed and informative reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is actually nothing I dislike about the program so I will type 40 characters here!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth syncing with Xero payroll, gone are various excel spreadsheets. Communication with staff is now far easier to achieve.

What do you like best about the product?
Deputy is very useful for scheduling and has lots of different options to adapt to each business, but my absolute favorite part is how great their customer service is. Their chat function provides great personal information and the follow-up is fantastic. They communicate updates regularly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer that recurring tasks were easier to create so I could use the app for even more functions within my housekeeping team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to manage labor costs against revenues and prevent overtime.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, as well as the simplicity for staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited reporting options compared to more expensive software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a business with multiple rostered areas and it works beautifully for a staff of 15 or so. It's easy to communicate shifts with staff and change rosters on the fly (shift swapping and approval etc)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for the free trial, I'd be surprised if you don't end up using it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see who is available to cover other venues and also who is late.
What do you dislike about the product?
On some smaller screens (i.e. our till system) there are scaling issues with the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing wage cost, training levels and also being able to track punctuality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've already recommended it to a number of friends. It is a very useful tool.
