The best online clock-in and upcoming time off system

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app allowed easy clocking in/out and the online schedule feature helps me keep track of a large team across multiple locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule shifts and communicate with my team. I have no dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to easily create work schedules and mark employee absence/leave on calendar, and mostly check in and start my work timer.

Excellent platform for scheduling employees

What do you like best about the product?
Using deputy all year to creat schedules for my employees has been so easy. I appreciate the UI the most. It is super easy for me to make and edit schedules. The app is also very pleasing to look at for our employees and fellow managers to use. Being able change or create shifts from the app while I am not near my work computer is also very easy and appreciated. The one time I reached out to customer service they assisted me quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find any downsides. Being able to delete shifts day of from the app would be a nice feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily create, edit and view schedules for our staff. It also allows us to view estimated labor hours for the upcoming weeks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, I've never had a problem setting anything up. I also like the ability to track where employees punch in every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that as an administrator, im unable to effect the 'employee comment' field. For the way I use deputy, that would make things earier for job tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deputy allows me to accurately track where & when my employee's clock in. And it also allows me to track which jobs they are at and accurately track man hours per job. Which is very inportant for our payroll system.

What do you like best about the product?
The capacity of englobe most HR tools and interconnections capabilities with Payroll
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm really looking forward you bring the HR external tool only avaiable at the moment in AUS. We really need to improve digital signature on contracts and accelerate HR recruitment process to 2.0 as the rest of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast communication between management and staff plus accelerate payroll connections.

What do you like best about the product?
It optimized my employee management time. in addition to promoting wonderful reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any bad experiences. Since the implementation of the system, we have had the support of the Deputy

Know that the employee showed up for work at our client and have records for invoincing our clients

What do you like best about the product?
Live availability tracking, automation features and MS Teams integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst the flexi-pricing is really great, it can be somewhat costly to use the full SMS features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management to the max! Rostering previously took hours to complete, with the auto-fill feature it takes no more than 30-minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. staff prefer this app over other options we have used before.
It was very easy to integrate into our current set up.
Customer support has been great anytime we had a problem. Staff use this app daily. we will be sticking with deputy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are only using this app for rostering and leave requests, so find the notifications about staff not checking in each day annoying.
I think for basic access like we are using shoul be priced differently.
We would also like to be able to edit leave requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving staff having to do paper based leave forms. allows them to view their roster anywhere, anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
The time keeping and the geofencing are great. Also the independece of scheduling for staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates that took away the coping a open shift feature
I feel that there should be a manager signature page for staff to have someone sign their shifts out for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taking away the need to be on the phone to schedule employees every day. Post and go for employees to see. Also, it sort of replaces paper timesheets if there were a manager signature page for employees to have a manager to sign off on their time daily.
It keeps track of time as well, but sometimes the geofencing doesn't work per area.

What do you like best about the product?
i wanted a system that could help me out with rostering, knowing team members were notified promptly (without having to send various emails) able to calculate staff costs for budgets,hours and was easy to plug into cloud based systems such as Shopify etc. to get reports i had previously needed to curate on excel.

I wanted my team to have a user friendly system that clocked the hours and breaks, even reminded them of their shifts especially if they were running late. and if there were anything they wanted to advise , could leave notes including rating their day.
best thing it's in an app which made things easier for the younger generation.

even if you just require it for rostering, use it. it saves so much time and can notify team with one click of a button.

the small fee is worth every dollar!

You require the internet for everything . so if the internet didn't work or couldn't upload properly it would be hard

money spent on rostering and budgets
ease of use for my team members especially the younger generation who don't use email frequently
