A cheap, secure and stable application for work
What do you like best about the product?
Deputy satisfied almost every need that a growing enterprise could need for management our Team. I take sometime looking for some alternatives, and i am definitely happy with this decision. Its a full Employee time management app. What i like the most is the ability to use like a Kiosk for checking in and out with picture control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the most important thing is I need it in Spanish! Elsewhere the reporting and pay by hours calculation coulee be improved specific for other work periods
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve the problem of control and to count working hours, and organice a pay bill at the end of the period.

Excellent solution for employee scheduling and timekeeping for a very low cost
What do you like best about the product?
Copy and pasting shifts, the newsfeed is a great way to broadcast messages and the ease of use for my employees. The support on offer is the best I have came accross.
What do you dislike about the product?
ThaT I can't generate reports for employees who have clocked in late
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of time record keeping, scheduling employees to different locations everyday and doing payroll.

Really a worthwhile solution and is very economical

What do you like best about the product?
The communication aspect of reaching all of our employees at once, the ability to communicate both publicly and privately to other managers and staff. Also the integration with our payroll (Gusto) is very nice. Scheduling is also very good
What do you dislike about the product?
PC version could be a little smoother and I dont like having the chat stuff come up in the bottom right corner

We use it for scheduling and communication within our staff. Its a great way to get information out there and know its been received. Also gives instant updates to all who are connected

I wish deputy would help us calculating the holidays entitlement

Deputy is helping us in simplifying our scheduling, time sheets, tasking, employee communication and administrative tasks.

We are happy with this product and have no major concerns at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing clocking cards for large numbers of staff can be time-consuming, Deputy eradicates errors and fraud and has saved us loads of time (half a day 1 person each week). Additional it has improved time keeping of core staff.

The system tends to freeze up and we have to take it offline to reset it.

Easy to manage scheduling, calculate pay, add/remove shifts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only clock in/out on my phone. As a designated system administrator I would like to be able to change shifts around, add or remove employees, etc. on my mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, payroll, scheduling. Deputy makes all of these otherwise laborious tasks very simple and makes it transparent for our entire small team to see.
