Best Rostering, Timesheet and HR Software!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. I can approve my team's timesheet in my convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited access on the mobile application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provided an overview of the timesheet cost and the revenue of a specific shift which helps manage wage cost

The Top Rostering Application
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple Site on a Sigle Display has made the rostering easy for same staff to work in different locations
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is there to do like about deputy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple site staffing display on single screen is thr best feature

Rostering + Timsheets- easy to read and simple and not many malfunctions.

Would like there to be more onboarding functions and HR management: but you are importiving.

Locations sign in and tracking + keeping record of certificates and publishing rosters.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, works well for employees as well as managers to be able to roster. Much better than any system I have ever used for rosters. Would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great for employees to be able to input unavailability even if they have rostered shifts that are not yet published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of staff availability and rosters. Holding employee contact details.
The best experience
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling features are the best and the ability to send notes to everybody and be able to see your schedule in advance. It's so good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything that is least helpful about this app. It does everything and it has been well thawed out and works well for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that let me know where everybody is and I'm able to see who's working where and for how long and everyone's able to send notes to us so we know what issues may arise

IInformation is clear and easy to access and interpret
What do you dislike about the product?
Dont like the contract management system. Very clunky IE cant ammend a document once sent etc. Also doesnt display leave for other people within a team - IE team members cannot see who is on leave within the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Deputy is an easy to navigate platform that allows us to manage our team with great ease. It has improved our way of communicating to our team and has reassured our team, giving a new level of accountability and confidence

Not much at all really, we love all about the platform and have found it to be very helpful in running our small boutique hotel business

Effective communication, accoutability, time saving when preparing rosters

Easy to use, the staff find it user friendly too.
The customer support is outstanding and the integration to our payroll system has changed my life for the better :)
Also love the geo tag so we can see when someone has clocked off away from our business.

Can't think of any! It has all the features we need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more manually putting hours into payroll. A honest way to keep track of employees clock in and out times (previously we just got them to write it down). Being able to make templates for rostering and copy and pasting from different weeks.

The ablity to copy schedules week to week and make it available to your team immediately. The ease of setting up the program and giving access to your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides for us at this time.
