having to do the double security, but I know it's worth it

Great for all team sizes
What do you like best about the product?
When we started using deputy we had very few employees. Deputy was cost effective, and easy to set up and use. Now our team has grown and we use a lot more of the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a great way to set up daily tasks associated to a certain position in deputy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us a lot of time using Deputy to manage the schedule and have the employees clock in and out. It's also connected easily to our payroll provider.

There is really nothing I dislike about Deputy

It helps the company keep track of timecards

Schedule and posts allow us to organize and work together on a local and international level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some file extension aren't allowed on posts which limit our use of Deputy as a collaborative platform.

Deputy allows us to organize and schedule staff to our physical stores and for projects we conduct online for business development with external Consultants

Easy and handy so organised so that helps to krrp staff updated

There is no thing i dislike but its awesome platform

Rostering
Handy and easy to use service with great customer support system
What do you like best about the product?
Full control over rotas with the ability to create rules and regulations which allows for easier use. The customer support is second to none with round the clock help and remote access for the more difficult fixes. Deputy was easy to implement into the work place and replace our old out dates system, there is a large range of apps it can integrate with to further help the business. I regularly use Deputy and haven't had an issue that either I or customer support weren't able to fix promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports may not be useful, mostly Covid based reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rotaing is made so easy now and I have full control over timesheets, clocking in and lateness. It makes keeping track of weak points in the workforce easy
Deputy is a great tool for managing employees, schedules, payroll, and so much more!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the capabilities Deputy has and the user interface. Most other scheduling platforms don't have nearly as many as the details and features that Deputy does. It's nice to be able to keep everything related to scheduling and payroll in the same platform and also be able to export and/or upload documents with little hassle if any.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Deputy for years. The only downside is that they used to have a live customer support chat which the don't have anymore.

Scheduling, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.

Its intuitive interface simplifies scheduling, swapping, and notification forbvacant shift, open shifts, offering shifts to others and the ability to manage shifts on the go enhances flexibility.

However, occasional syncing issues and clock-in issues has been triggered somehow occasionally, which can be improved.

Deputy addresses common workforce management challenges by streamlining scheduling, time tracking, and communication. It helps optimize staffing levels, reducing overstaffing or understaffing issues.

The holiday/leave function is messy and confusing

Deputy intergrates with MYOB for payroll and that has saved loads of time.

As Deputy has so many features it can take a while to get used to.
