Amazing for staff organisation
What do you like best about the product?
I love how straight forward and organised Deputy is. It has everything sorted out for me and makes doing the rosters super easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything that Deputy does
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to make sure my staff have a roster and to know that all my staff are at work when they are supposed to be

Deputy is the best!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick to roster and verify hours. .
What do you dislike about the product?
Manually entering timesheets when staff forget to sign in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuratley verifing actual hours worked. As we work accross different sites every day, I can verify staff were actually where they say they were when signing in and out.
Lets me know what's going on in the business

I would love it more if the employees could sign in on a job so it could give me a true and accurate location

It is very easy to use and navigate. Mostly everything is self explanatory.
I like being able to easily schedule and make templates for different weeks of shifts.
It is great that all employees can see the schedule and easily clock in and out.
Also very easy to request time off and keep track.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honeslty do not have any negative things to say. It does everything we need it to do. Sometimes it glitches and does not clock someone in but overall it has been great.

Very easily creating the schedule

Being able to roster easily and have staff clock in/out on their phone.

Not being able to amended shifts if it's the same day they're published on.

Deputy is a very easy way to get scheduling out to employees in an efficient matter. Very user friendly and easy to figure out. I also love how you can customize it to however you need it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was the option to post just one shift at a time and not the full week.

The ease of getting a schedule out in the easiest way.

The ease of use for our shop employees, they can clock in and out very easily

I wish it integrated better with our payroll system.

We needed a platform for our shop employees to use since they were unable to use BambooHR for time-tracking purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
What I do like the most about Deputy is its easy access for scheduling, requesting time off, and clocking in and out of work! Having the app available on my phone has been a great benefit as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes dislike when trying to clock in or out it lags and loses a minute of my clock in and out and sometimes registers that I am late by a minute. Which is very inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the unorganization part of scheduling! It benefits me alot because I'm able to see how many hours I did on a shift and also what days I work or not.

I love being able to see who else is working the same shift as me.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, figuring out how to switch shifts was the hardest thing for me.

It lets my managers see when I clock in and where I am in the facility when I clock in.

It can be confusing to use at first, but takes no time to learn!
