What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and friendly to use and it also helped me a lot for time tracking which I was looking for
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the employee's hours are not registered so you always have to change manually the hours from the saved in deputy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using ADP and it was aweful for time tracking, so it helped me a lot for this and for schedule as well

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to view everything I need - who's available, working hours, time worked in a month - copying single shifts is easy and managing leaves is a breeze. The UI is fairly simple and convenient, and getting started was super straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's one main gripe I've had with the platform: there's no easy way to copy a 3-week planning. You can generate shifts automatically, but we specifically use a non-standard shift system and I couldn't find a way to quickly extend it through copy-pasting. I need to copy and paste each shift at a time. So improved copying and a scrolling view (not just locked to a month or week) would be nice additions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deputy shines integrated to other platforms for us. Helping with automatic handover of tickets based on schedules makes life easier and I just need to worry about updating timesheets in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling was a breeze, approving shifts and managing payroll was simple as well. Integrated well with our payroll software.

The best thing was the UI though I have looked at multiple scheduling softwares but they were too complicated to use. My employees could trade shifts with such ease and I could approve them as well. All in all a comprehensive app and website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find employee info to update their pay etc.
Revenue based scheduling feature wasn't the best not sure if it worked.
Task management wasn't the best you couldn't find tasks in the app if it was under role level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in scheduling and time tracking for employees.

Employees could trade shifts and I just had to approve them instead of keeping track of all changes.

Location based punch in worked great.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. Easy to set up new employees. Love the timesheet features. Employees can clock in/out on their phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
#1 issue with Deputy is that the product does not notify the admin when an employee drops or changes their scheduled shift. This would be extremely helpful so I do not need to constantly check the schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deputy allows us to do scheduling months in advance. It automatically tracks hours to prevent overtime. The timesheets that are created saves us loads of time on payroll.

What do you like best about the product?
It's good for tracking exactly how long you've been working, and showing who else in the organisation is working or on break.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing annual leave requests is almost impossible and it doesn't give the requester an opportunity to cancel the leave if they no longer need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps track who is working their expected hours and exactly how much overtime they are doing.

Customer service, fliendly usability and interface.

That it doesn't remember the working hours you select for some team member so you always to change it manually

It's now gettin me more control about the time clock and schedule for employees, helping them and me a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
The color scheme of Deputy.com software can be challenging to work with compared to the software on Guardhouse. The contrasting hues used in Deputy.com can cause strain on the eyes and make it difficult to navigate through the interface. In contrast, Guardhouse's software employs a user-friendly color palette, ensuring a more seamless and enjoyable user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deputy saves us valuable time by effectively managing our remote staff. With its robust features, we can easily track the whereabouts of our team members and coordinate their schedules, even when working offsite. This streamlined approach allows us to optimize productivity, enhance communication, and efficiently allocate resources, ultimately driving our business forward.
