What do you like best about the product?
I love that my team are able to claim shifts on their terms, plus be updated when there are any notification changes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any negatives to share!

Letting staff know as soon as there are any timing changes!

What do you like best about the product?
Highly functional app; our staff expect this and like being able to access all the information they need via the app. The newsfeed is handy, and we like the onboarding function too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst you can attach a document to the newsfeed, we would really like to be able to offer staff access to company documents such as handbooks and policies via the app/desktop. Please offer this feature Deputy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy rostering and time keeping. Accurate record-keeping. Simple onboarding into the product/company. Audience-appropriate communication channel (the newsfeed).

What do you like best about the product?
Time tracking and geographic location, both features helps us a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
Users not being able to upload photos on their journal, however it's ok.

Time tracking, leave tracking and requests, scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of the program. Ease of use for the Timeclock, Messaging, and Scheduling features. Compared to our last program, Paychex, employees are MUCH happier, the system is easier to use, and the pricing works better for our seasonal fluctuation of staffing numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations of the program. It seems like it is still being developed. We have submitted some suggestions and it will be interesting to see if they apply our requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the messaging feature and end-of-day staff survey. Although it would be nice to be able to view/sort which employees left which survey responses each day to track those who might be struggling, we love that we can communicate with the team, and view and change schedules easily all in one place.

So easy for all staff to use, has so many practical features and allows managers to save time when rostering and tracking shifts

There isn;t much we don;t like about deputy, it is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes managers lives easy by allowing them to track, roster and monitor staff in a large group.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, user friendly, and integrates well with our payroll system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't make an update to a timesheet and in order to save that update, I have to approve the timesheet before I am ready to approve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to manually track my employees' time.
