Easy to use and practical, saves us time and money
What do you like best about the product?
So easy for all staff to use, has so many practical features and allows managers to save time when rostering and tracking shifts
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn;t much we don;t like about deputy, it is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes managers lives easy by allowing them to track, roster and monitor staff in a large group.

Deputy is a great product, with easy use, for the price that you pay.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, user friendly, and integrates well with our payroll system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't make an update to a timesheet and in order to save that update, I have to approve the timesheet before I am ready to approve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to manually track my employees' time.

Deputy is a great product. Use it everyday. Great value. Love it.
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the whole experience using deptuy. It's easy, effective and efficient and helps me get the job done in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I remember but I guess addition of real time labour cost tracking system like Employment Hero's would be a great plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use. I have used other employee management softwares but so far Deputy has struck out to be the easiest which is great.
Track employee hours - easily!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily create and view schedules as well as see other teams schedules to always know who is working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The copy + paste can be a little tedious sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking employees attendance and time, also allows us to make sure we have enough people scheduled for any given date.
My business would not exist without Deputy
What do you like best about the product?
The Deputy platform is the transmission to the engine of my business. I run a very intense and involved healthcare staffing agency with a lot of moving parts. It is because of the detail and involvement of Deputy that my business is possible. It is an exceptional platform...nothing else comes close. The support is fantastic (VERY important), and the company welcomes suggestions. I LOVE IT!
What do you dislike about the product?
To me, any company that values and takes into serious consideration any suggestions and feedback does not have cons. This platform is customizable to my business, and the suggestions I have are minor detail. That platform works so beautifully, that I really have nothing to report. They are an awesome organization!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deputy is solving the crucial factor of having oversight of a vast amount of employees working at different locations with a central point of communication. Having the right person, and the right place, at the right time is essential. And, to make sure there is no conflict (conflict management; over booking, overlap, etc.). It also integrates nicely with our HR platform.
Ideal rostering program - long term user
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and easy to use but covers alot and can run reports and data very easily making it very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Can have slow load speeds from time to time. This does not occur often but its enough to notice

Input vs output is very easy and simple to monitor on Deputy making it very easy to stay on track with wages and spending
Use of Deputy
What do you like best about the product?
The straightforwardness of the application is a good feature. As long as you know where to log in and log out, you will never fail to use it. You can also see whose with you in your shift.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of the features of the applications is one of the things that I dislike. And in the mobile phone version of the deputy, it always asks for the allowed location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deputy tracks the daily time recording of agents in a business. It can also set break times fitting to the users' needs. And it is also a user friendly appllication.
