High-Quality Recordings That Deliver
What do you like best about the product?
Quality of recording, ease of editing, and magic clips. I can’t choose between the three.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every guest wants to use Google Chrome, and I can’t expect guests to download an app. Firefox and Safari as trusted browsers would be a big help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really can’t imagine podcasting without Riverside. It has made running my handful of shows a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to stream to any platform using Riverside. It's super user-friendly and even has a calendar link feature that integrates with Google Calendar, making scheduling straightforward and efficient. The way it separates voice and video tracks is fantastic, as it provides more room for creativity in editing. I can easily access transcripts and b roll straight from Riverside, which is something I appreciate. Additionally, I found the setup process to be super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their transcription accuracy can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Riverside for recording and editing podcasts. It's easy to stream to platforms and integrates with my calendar. It's user-friendly for scheduling and separates voice and video tracks, enhancing creativity and editing ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside makes recording podcasts and interviews simple and high quality. I love that it records locally, which keeps the audio and video clear even if the internet connection isn’t perfect. The platform is easy to use, the separate tracks make editing much easier, and it helps streamline the process of recording professional content for podcasts, interviews, and online conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the upload or processing time can take a little longer than expected, especially with larger recordings. Occasionally guests who are not familiar with the platform need a little guidance to get set up, but once they are in the studio it works smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside solves the challenge of recording high-quality remote interviews and podcast episodes without needing expensive studio equipment. It allows creators, businesses, and podcasters to easily record conversations from anywhere while maintaining professional audio and video quality.
Beginner-Friendly Editing Tool That Makes Creating Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness of the editing tool. It makes editing relatively easy for beginners. That is by far the best feature for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the music library because it's not organised in any way (For example, alphebetical order). That makes it difficult to find previously used music.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is assisting me with editing videos. It is assisting me with efficiency and quality.
Convenient AI-Powered Editing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
the convenience for editing with AI tools. I also like the I can customize the frame, the captions, logo and export to high quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little slow for my liking and sometimes my edits don't save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I experienced two subscriptions on my account and Riverside guided me how to fix the conflicting issue.
AI-Powered Video Editing and Thumbnails with Pro-Level Production
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI tools (when they work) that help edit the video and create thumbnails. Also love the video production level.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's glitchy on the editing side. The AI doesn't work a lot. I also wish it worked on Firefox.

It's helping my coaching business as I record sessions for a podcast.

I sometimes can't record on the platform because my guests either, can't login and find it challenging or there are other issues that come up.

Launching a podcast is a big process, so having a platform that simplifies everything has been incredibly valuable. Riverside makes it easy to record high-quality remote interviews with local recordings and separate audio and video tracks, which gives peace of mind that conversations are captured clearly.
What I love most is that it has become a full ecosystem for creators. I can record, edit, and now host my podcast Her Brave Story in one place. Being able to upload and distribute episodes directly to platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube has simplified my workflow tremendously.
The interface is intuitive and feels like a creative space to work in, which makes producing episodes enjoyable rather than stressful. Having recording, editing, hosting, distribution, and analytics all in one place has made producing my podcast much more efficient.

Like any platform with a lot of powerful features, there can be a bit of a learning curve at the beginning when getting familiar with everything available.
That said, the team provides helpful resources and workshops, and support has always been responsive when questions come up. Once the workflow is understood, the platform becomes very straightforward to use.

Effortless Editing and Smooth Social Media Management with Riverside
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use! I have been using Riverside for years and never any glitches, edits in minutes, and makes managing social media a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick, I would say the Co-Creator doesn't always give me what I need, but that is such a niche thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I had to record in Zoom and then edit in other software, and then host in another area. Riverside allows for all of that in one, while giving me more options for social media and allowing me to expand if I so choose. There is no limit I have found to Riverside, from transcription to live streaming to hosting webinars. All works smoothly!
Easy All-in-One Podcast Recording, Editing, and Posting That Streamlined My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed the easy to use recording options to kick start my podcast and creator journey. Once I started and saw all of the features I could add on with the pro version, it was a no brainer! Record, edit, and posting all in one - not only saving me multiple login accounts and hundreds in other softwares, but it's streamlined my workflow tremendously. Can't wait to try out going Live with YT too! And my 10/10 to recommend usually comes down to the magic clips - game changing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the iPad version had the option to go live on YT. The editor and accessing video recordings are a little wonky and intimidating but once you get the hang of it, it gets better. I also think there are A LOT of features which again can seem overwhelming so sifting through it all takes time when I'd rather just get the work done the way I can in that moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me money with one pro account for recording WITH teleprompter, an editor WITH AI, and ready to post social media generated clips. So much time saved from not having to login to so many accounts and faster editing options.
