High-Quality Recording and Effortless Guest Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I am very impressed with Riverside's high quality recording. And it is very easy for guests to use and access. I also really like the AI generated short videos- it seems to pick the right clips. I am very happy I switched to Riverside.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI clips are very good, but could benefit from better auto framing. It doesn't take me long to fix, but other platforms do a better job of one-shotting short clips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing high quality audio and video recording for podcast interviews. I was relying on Zoom recordings and the difference in quality is striking.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use, record and edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I look at the analytics and it doesn't give me a breakdown of gender or age.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First time podcaster here and Riverside was recommended. The ease of recording, editing and pushing it out to sites are amazing. The AI magic clips are also good.
Outstanding Quality and Unmatched Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is so convenient and the quality is outstanding. I am consistently impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not too much to not love about Riverside.

High quality audio that is convenient for interview guests. There's nothing to download. It's click and go. Love that
Looking to improve live streaming outside with quality like e.g. Music Videos in HD LIve and Record
What do you like best about the product?
Integration of stuff I had to do in externally in Zoom, much easier but I'm finding out that live streaming can be a problem with music videos specifically on Youtube, I would like to be able to stream externally in HD with no sound or audio problems
What do you dislike about the product?
not able to stream quality live youtube music videos, they sound like a tunnel, so I'm having to bring in the MP4 and cut it down to 100mbps for the audio soundboard.

Riverside is an essential tool for podcasters!
What do you like best about the product?
I used to have several steps in my recording and editing steps to get a podcast episode ready to release and then create more elements to promote each episode. Riverside eliminates the need for so many other tools and is an all-in-one solution that saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a social media scheduling element added within Riverside so I can schedule YouTube videos, and short form videos to social media all from one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For years, people have suggested that I should do a video element for my podcast in addition to the audio. That idea was very daunting to me, until I found Riverside. It is so easy for me to release both audio and video versions of my podcast now.
Effortless Podcast Setup from Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside makes it easy to setup and launch a podcast from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be that you can't livestream to every platform, just Meta, and YouTube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies the podcast process, inviting and interviewing guests, and editing the content.
Effortless Podcast Editing That Saves Hours
What do you like best about the product?
I've done podcasting before, and I love that I can edit the audio right after an interview using the transcription and export that full audio file already made perfect. I import my audio file into adobe audition and add some podcast music for non-video distributors. This has saved me hours upon hours of time editing a podcast. I also love the embedded player that is so easy to install on my website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the distribution isn't done super well. I had issues being able to do any distribution from my account, but the options are also limited. So, I manually upload to youtube and manually upload to buzzsprout for audio distribution. Would be better if it was more seamless and there were more audio distribution channels as a default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to take me hours - days to edit a podcast interview. Now, it takes make a couple hours to do full video, audio, thumbmail creation and que everything up for distribution. It's been a hugeeee time saver and I recommend it to everyone. I also love the magic audio feature, making everyone's mic sound professional even if it's just through their laptop. The magic clips and content that is readily made for social media with the caption functionality is also amazing and saves so much time. I love riverside and am looking to launch additional podcasts because of the ease of use this provides.
The only podcast tool you will ever need!
What do you like best about the product?
It's the only tool that I've used that's not only this simple, but it's actually an all-in-one tool. The recording process is great, the AI editing is AWESOME now, and I also love magic clips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a little unsure of how the live streaming is supposed to work. But I think that's mainly because the other tools, LinkedIn, tiktok, etc. are difficult to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is time. It used to take me almost 8 hours a week to edit a podcast. Now, it takes an average about 3 minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and cross device access. The AI and clip generation tools are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it’s not fully useable on a tablet browser.

Content and podcast creation
All-in-One Podcast Platform with Seamless Editing and Syndication
What do you like best about the product?
It has everything you need in a podcast platform. You can create shorts, reels, thumbnails, and long form video. It's perfect for syndication to the most popular podcasts sites like Spotify, Apple, etc. I love the way you can edit using the transcript, so you can go to the exact place you want to work with and the video will respond accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used the live streaming features yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am super busy, so I can't have the process of episode production take a ton of my time. Riverside is so straightforward. Not surprised it's so popular.
