Amazing editing tool
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to edit and I LOVE the AI audio feature. It makes voice sound literally incredible
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be easier to find your clips you make as it seems hidden under a weird name that isn't explanatory in my opinion. I also wish magic clips could be longer than 30 seconds or allow you to set a custom range
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier editing and not needing to hire a video editor myself
Elegant, Intuitive Podcast Hosting That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
Everything works elegantly and intuitively. We're able to host on the site, edit and send video clips easily, and connect to all the podcast feeds. And for a very reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. It just works. We've got no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one-stop shop for podcasters. Easy, fast, great features, hosting, AI editing.
Easy to Navigate, but Needs More Customization Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate once you get used to it. I wish was a little more customizable (i.e. chat reactions).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you had more options for the audience in the chat.

It allows me to view and record podcasts on different platforms.
Seamless Podcast Production with Riverside
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Riverside is the most user-friendly platform I could imagine. It's easy to navigate, record, invite guests, and edit. I like the ease of editing the most because it's very simple and perfect for a novice podcaster like me. Riverside being so easy means it takes less time to get things done, with virtually no learning curve, so I can hop right in without feeling like I'm learning an entirely new software. The initial setup is beyond easy with a simple login and sending invites to other users, making it absolutely perfect for getting our podcast off the ground and running.

Riverside is user-friendly, making podcast recording, guest invitations, and editing straightforward. It saves time with a simple setup, requiring little learning curve, perfect for novice podcasters.
Easy, All-in-One Podcast Production with Amazing AI and Recording Quality
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. Proactively solves problems and gives clear, easy-to-follow instructions on how to fix them. An all-in-one podcast production environment so I don't have to have a bunch of different software. Incredibly good quality recordings and the separated recordings of each speaker really helps my editor. The AI is amazing at creating shorts as well as show notes in whatever style you want. Integrates well with other software. And the pricing for everything you get is better than anything I've found out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work in Safari. Very minor issue though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have everything I need for both my podcast and my client's podcasts in one place which makes managing multiple podcasts incredibly easy. I was using a bunch of different software before and struggled to keep everything organized. Now our processes are a lot simpler and easier to execute.
Easy Setup and Great Editing Tools—Perfect for Interviews
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is easy to set up, and gives us good editing tools. IT's GREAT for interviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if they had the "touch up my appearance" option for video
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Riverside for interviews often with people who are not tech saavy and everyone is able to join. We never have issues
Simple to Use with Handy AI Production Tools
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use including building registration pages that reflect our brand, hosting the live webinar, and post-webinar production. The production tools are very handy including the AI tool that allows you to dub over misspoken words - I've used this several times - and the audio enhancers - love this. I haven't yet used all of the features but so far I'm very happy. The support team was very responsive and helpful the one time I had an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much dislikes but things I hope they're working to improve:
There's definitely some background bleeding that reduces the visual quality of the output.
For the registrants/attendees table - there are a few things I wish I could do like exclude company attendees from the overall metrics as they skew the results (company attendees tend to stay the entire webinar)
I feel like the Hubspot integration could do more powerful things. Right now it feels a bit light and unfinished.

High-Quality Edits and a Smooth, Easy Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Riverside because the edits are consistently high quality, and the editor is genuinely easy to use. It’s allowed me to create hundreds of short-form videos over the past few months, and the overall workflow feels smooth and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow and lag when working with bigger files. But it doesn't happen often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They’re making it possible to get high-quality edits in a fraction of the time with their AI tools. In particular, the Improve Audio AI feature is a game changer, since audio is one of the most important factors in creating strong video edits. I also love how easy it is to add captions to videos using their Brand tool.
All-in-One Podcast and Video Podcast Editing & Publishing
What do you like best about the product?
It is all-encompassing when it comes to editing and publishing podcasts and video podcasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It compresses video too much. I can see the difference in 4k video recorded direct to camera, and direct to camera through Riverside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside makes editing multi-person video podcasts super simple.
A Review on RiverSide
What do you like best about the product?
The basic plan, which is free comes with very decent features which are enough for an edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paid plan, has advance features for editing but the pricing is not justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RiverSide to record and edit the videos in high resolution for my club sessions.
