What do you like best about the product?

It's so easy to use, none of my guests ever have any issues with understanding how it works, and most importantly for me, it reduces my editing and post-production time by 75% from what I've previously used.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like a little more customization in the editing, something that allows a bit more detailed options.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Both professionally and personally, it allows me to maintain quality without sacrificing time management. I used to spend hours editing and uploading. Now I can prep everything I need in one place before uploading to Spotify in a fraction of the time.

What do you like best about the product?

Recording is easy and intuitive. New features are even helping me get my lighting better and in the shot better.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the picture in picture works and sometimes it doesn't. It would be helpful if it worked with other applications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've noticed a lot of help in getting properly fit in the frame and getting the lighting right. I am very much a novice at recording, so this is extremely helpful to me to make sure the clips for social media come out right.

What do you like best about the product?

I love that Riverside is always looking out for the consumer. Since signing up in 2023, I’ve been genuinely impressed by how quickly and thoughtfully they respond to user feedback. Riverside consistently updates the platform to better meet the needs of podcasters and other users. The features, overall design, ease of use, and integrations all feel like a direct result of listening to the people who rely on the platform day to day. My favorite parts have been how much easier editing has become with each update, along with Magic Clips, Magic Studio, and honestly, all the “magic” tools. What keeps standing out to me is that the new features aren’t just flashy or unnecessary. They’re practical, genuinely useful, and they make my podcasting workflow so much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?

At times, I’ve run into crashes or generally buggy days, but that’s honestly to be expected when you’re working with any recording platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Over the years, they’ve evolved in a way that now covers almost all of my podcasting needs. I can do pretty much everything from one platform, and I really love that.

It is truly easy to use. I have no technical skills or editing skills at all and this platform makes things look good with very minimal effort from me.

What I like best about Riverside is how easy it makes it to create professional-quality podcast and video content without a complicated production setup. I use it for podcast interviews, virtual conversations, and content creation, and I especially value the high-quality local recording, separate audio and video tracks, transcription, and AI-powered editing tools.

As someone who creates content across multiple brands and interviews guests regularly, Riverside helps me simplify the entire workflow from recording to repurposing. It saves me significant time while still giving me the professional quality I want.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is not much I dislike about Riverside. My main challenge is that some of the AI editing and repurposing features can still require manual refinement to get the final content exactly where I want it. I would also love to see even more automation for turning one long-form recording into fully optimized, ready-to-publish content across multiple platforms. Overall, these are opportunities for improvement rather than major drawbacks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Riverside solves the challenges of recording high-quality remote video and audio, managing separate media tracks, and repurposing long-form content efficiently. It gives me reliable recordings, a professional production experience, and tools that make editing and creating clips, transcripts, and other content much faster. This saves me significant time and helps me consistently turn one recording into polished, ready-to-publish content for multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Riverside is how fast and intuitive it is, which makes my workflow much more efficient. It has saved me many hours on tasks that used to feel complicated and time-consuming. For instance, as soon as I finish recording a podcast, Riverside creates—in under two minutes—a video that highlights the best moments from the episode, along with at least seven social media videos. If I had to do all of that manually, it would easily take me at least four hours. The features I use the most are Co-Creator, AI tools, and—something I didn't expect it to have—stock assets. This saves me a lot of time because I can create B-roll for my content much faster, without needing much editing.

What do you dislike about the product?

The AI ​​tool presents an opportunity for improvement, as it sometimes fails to execute a prompt exactly as instructed. For instance, on two occasions, I couldn't hear the audio from the podcast I had recorded and created a prompt to fix it; Riverside attempted the task but didn't complete it. This forced me to rephrase the prompt—which took more time—but I did get the desired result. On another note, I wanted to create an intro for my podcast, but Riverside wouldn't accept my demo reel due to the file size; I think that’s another area for improvement. Sometimes this impacts my workflow and delays me from finishing the podcast on time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Riverside has helped me optimize my workflow and promotion across different platforms simultaneously. This allows me to explore other tools on the platform. One of the features I appreciate most about Riverside is the ability to publish simultaneously to Spotify, YouTube, and Apple. This saves me time and allows me to tailor my scheduling and publishing for each platform, ensuring the right priorities and maximizing performance. I don't know of any other tool that offers this benefit.

I like that it has the AI tools, magic clips/hooks and I can also stream from inside the platform. It combines several apps into 1.

What do you dislike about the product?

It felt clunky previously but much less so now.

Ease of 1 platform and eliminating the need to buy other apps to edit, captions, etc

What do you like best about the product?

I love that there’s a teleprompter—this was a new discovery for me. I also didn’t realize I could take clips and share them across my social media, along with a caption. There are a lot of perks, and I’m still learning how to use everything.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn't much that I dislike about Riverside, if anything for it to be cheaper; however, we do get a lot for what we can do - the possibilities. And I feel I'm just getting started.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems Riverside is solving that is benefiting me is - I don't have to use 10 different applications to share, edit, and write. It's an all in one, I can just have my whole production done on Riverside.

What do you like best about the product?

Riverside makes editing videos so easy. It autogenerated clips for using as short videos. It gave me a whole section of show notes that I only had to edit a little bit. It also generated titles for the clips and videos that allow me to easily edit and share the videos. I would say Riverside cuts down editing time by more than 50% especially for someone with not editing background.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it is hard to use on a smaller screen computer because of the many components the app has. It’s hard to see. So I always need to work on a large screen. Other than that I don’t have any issues.

Riverside allows anyone to record and edit videos with ease. Its autogenerated content material is a great jumpstart and cuts down editing time in half. It also recommends hooks and clips that can be easily used and reduces time from recording to publishing. Great tool for beginner or anyone who doesn’t want to spend time editing or have a team of editors.

Very intuitive design. It has great AI features and they appear to be developing and refining AI features quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?

I was unable to recover some files that were previously archived. That means I effectively lost three interviews.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It appears to be a wraparound podcasting platform. Even on the free tier it was pretty effective but now I pay for a pro plan and we definitely get our moneys worth out of it.
