Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has made the daunting goal of starting a podcast WAY simpler with all of the great tools offered! My favorites are their magic mastering and auto-gerenrated transcripts and show notes.
I use it at least weekly to record new episodes, and in the few months since I've started using, they've already made great upgrades, like better-sorting project clips.

What do you dislike about the product?
Riverside's video editor is clunky and limited compared to more robust tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
Some features aren't as intuitive to use, but luckily, they're customer service is responsive, honest, and overall helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside connects the gap between my limited knowledge of audio recording and a beautiful, finished result.
Amazing AI Tools that Take Our Podcast to the Next Level
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm offers premier visual and audio for our production. Our favorite part about using Riverside, is the post-production editing capabilities. We use the Magic Clips feature to easily grab the highlights and promote them accross various social media channels. I don't have to spend hours finding these clips myself because Riverside.fm does it in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the pricing for the starter package and the package that allows you to do webinar sign ups wasn't such a big price difference. We would love to have people sign up straight through Riverside, but Zoom does this so affordably. So we have our live stream via zoom, and just use the Riverside recording to post on Spotify and YouTube. It's a lot of extra work, but upgraded package is so out of budget for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the audio/visual quality it provides, as well as ease of editing.
Beginner Friendly Platform for Recording Content
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm makes it incredibly easy to produce high-quality video and audio content that looks and sounds polished. The local recording ensures crystal-clear playback. I especially love the separate track feature, it’s perfect for editing and repurposing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. The interface is intuitive, and the guest experience is smooth. My favorite part is the eye correction so I can use a script (there's also a teleprompter feature), but look like I'm looking at the camera.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike. I do hope that the AI editor speeds up after technology improves, but not really a complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone completely new to content creation, I was overwhelmed by all the platforms, tools, and tech out there. I didn’t know where to start, everything felt complicated and geared toward seasoned creators. Riverside.fm took that stress away. It made the recording process simple, approachable, and beginner-friendly without sacrificing quality. I didn’t need a production team or expensive equipment, just my webcam and ideas. Now, I can consistently create polished videos for my consulting business that look professional and sound great. It’s helped me show up with confidence online and build my brand without the usual tech headaches.
Easily the best podcasting platform on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has everything you need to podcast. Their platform is seamless and easy to learn. My favorite component of Riverside is local recording. We record remotely oftentimes, and this leads to occasional WiFi disruptions or lag. Local recording helps tremendously. I also really like how often they implement new features or add updates to the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I will continue to use Riverside, there is one thing I am waiting to be updated: an update to recording on iPads or smaller devices. We have a podcast studio and it would be helpful to have multi-mic access on iPad. Currently, the audio input only recognizes the first mic in the mixer. No option to have audio from two mics.
One other thing I will say is that I usually use a different software to edit my podcasts than the built in editor. I find that the Riverside editor has pros and cons, but that I prefer to use both descript and final cut for editing due to personal preference.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our company to host our podcast remotely easily.
Makes my business run smoother!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how many functions Riverside has. Not only do I use it for all three of my podcasts, but I always go to Riverside first whenever I need to create audio or video for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's really the best tool for audio & video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an all in one solution that means I don't need an external transcription or audio editor.
Great app for podcasting
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to adjust the audio levels and edit right in the app
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't easily select all of the transcript from the podcast in 1 go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One easy place to host and edit a podcast
A must have for business-minded creators
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been podcasting for almost 20 years and I keep asking myself, “why didn’t I discover Riverside sooner?!” Easy to use, high-quality captures, and the new AI features that create clips and magic episodes are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The inability (at least as far as I can tell) to pull in a third party audio recording and sync it up with the timeline of audio recorded in Riverside was minorly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High-quality audio capture I told it’s easy for novices (guests) to use. And equally easy content outputs for social channels and my website.
A Professional Level Audio Tool for Serious Podcasters
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm gives me full control of each soundtrack, which when I edit the interview is very large. Background noise reduction and echo control work brilliantly, and separate guest sound means that I can clean the obstacles or adjust the levels independently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not visually rich as other podcast tools but it is more functional where it matters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I Started using Riverside when I saw the audience going because of poor sound quality. Since the prey, my assessments have improved, guests are more comfortable, and I spend less time editing. It's a pro tool, simple and simple
Screen Recording That Just Works No Tech Support Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I don't need to help set the recording tool now. Riverside runs browsers, the crystal captures everything in the clear description, and does not suffocate long workouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any stagnation/restart function under screen recording but recording is still easy to sew.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is dramatically improved how we make and share match modules. Clear viewing, coordinated statement and zero set headaches.
Riverside is miles above other conference platforms!
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside Studio is user-friendly, high-end quality video and sound that surpasses any other similar platform that I’ve tried. And the over-all professional caliber and studio appearance make using Riverside Studio an easy choice. Not to mention, the pricing structure is well-worth making the switch to Riverside!
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing about Riverside Studio that I find undesirable or lacking in quality performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve never experienced problems or issues with Riverside Studio.
