Really good product!
What do you like best about the product?
They always innovate with new features!
The noise reduction feature is awesome.
The noise reduction feature is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX/UI flow could be a little bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help to record and edit podcast easily!
Easy to use and everything looks very professional
What do you like best about the product?
It's quite intuitive and I really need that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet. However, I wish Riverside included the Nvidia app where the eyes focused on the camera while I was reading from the teleprompter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm just starting to produce content so I'm not even aware of the problems that await me, but learning to operate the studio AND editing features are saving me lots of time.
Riverside drowns the competition
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is easy to navigate, easy to use, and I have yet to experience technical glitches as I did (incessantly) with Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I edit a recording, I can't export an audio-only format of that, which is a hindrance at times. I would love to edit in Riverside and export the tracks of my edit, rather than export the video and have to extract the audio another way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I switched to Riverside from Zoom for recording podcast interviews, and the improvement has been 100-fold. I wish I would have started with Riverside rather than try to scrape by on Zoom.
Podcasting on Riverside FM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of the platform, the fact that I can have files that a producer or editor can access directly on Riverside or they can download the files to edit in their own studio.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not aware of any.
Great but not without flaws
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside allows me to remotely record high quality video and audio for my podcast. It is easy for guests to understand and doesn't require them to create an account.
I also love that there is an iOS app.
Another highlight is that Riverside can export your files into a Premiere Pro timeline - this saves me a lot of time!

What do you dislike about the product?
When it works, it works beautifully. However I have had multiple recordings be out of sync, to the point they cannot be salvaged in editing. Sometimes chunks of audio are even missing. When contacting support, they also haven't been able to help. This isn't the norm, but it has happened enough to make me consider switching platforms.
Riverside offers the ability to edit but it is clunky, slow and imprecise. The transcriptions generated are also separate for each speaker which isn't a useful format for a 2 speaker podcast where one transcript would be ideal.
A minor bug bear, but it is annoying that Riverside only works in Chrome/Edge.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better quality recordings than offered by Zoom as the video and audio is recorded locally.
Professional video and audio recording for TV and Podcasts
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to use interface and my guests just click one link to join me in the studio. The quality is maintained by recording on local devices throughout the session and then uploading to cloud the final version. I use Riverside 12 times a month and would recommend it to any podcaster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my guests have issues joining the studio from tablets and so I recommend they join from a laptop or PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for my podcast guests to join me at their convenience from their own location without the need for much technical understanding.
Excellent. Affordable. Versatile.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Riverside.fm for high-res, remote video recording. Guests log on easily, look and sound great, and I can edit quickly and utilize various enhancements, which are constantly being expanded. The video quality is amazing when using an iPhone's back-side camera. Sometimes I export a PremierePro timeline, which allows more complex editing, too. We also have a corporate Zoom account, but there's simply no comparison. Support and tutorials are great, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes guests are apprehensive about loading yet another app on their phone, but I assure them it's a reputable, trustworthy app they can delete after the recording. I wish there was an internal background generator, so I could customize it within the app instead of creating my own in PS and uploading it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are quick to respond via chat and e-mail, and even quickly fixed an issue with a multi-person recording that went out of sync. They've also given personalized support and tips for improving my recordings and guests' experiences.
Amazing platform with exceptional quality!
What do you like best about the product?
Video quatiltyis great, but I am a huge fan of Riverside.fm's audio quality! As a Voice Actor it's important to have my audio setup reflected during live sessions (without the added, "crap").
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't had any negative issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No know issues at this time.
Best Video Conferencing & Webinar , Video Calling Application.
What do you like best about the product?
It has many features, including a chat option and a call-in option for making video calls inside the Webinar. I used it 4-5 times in a month. It is a very easy-to-use application. The organization, I am doing work with has integrated it into their APIs, very easily. Customer Support & care is quite impressive.
Overall Best application in its category.
Overall Best application in its category.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very less features as compared to other applications, with no option for a webcam except the In-call feature. Not good for the Online (face-to-face-webcam) type of video conferencing, as only the In-call feature is there as compared with different apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yes, It is helping the Organization, to host online events. Benefitting the organization in content creation.
Different guests had arrived, and Riverside.fm helped in screen and video capture, including screen sharing, In-call feature, etc.

There are many things I love about Riverside, including:
- High quality video and audio recordings
- Separate tracks for each guest, which gives me freedom in editing
- Multiple easy to use editing tools to make short clips for any social media platform
- Incredible AI generated captions that can be easily edited, and used to edit the clip (have to see this)
- Highly responsive and effective support (there are problems from time to time, but they solve them 100%)
- They listen to their customers and build in valuable features
- It's highly affordable for what you get
- Easy for anyone to use, including older, non-tech savvy folks
- Plenty of available training that's short, clear, and to the point

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like. I'd like even more features in the editor.

We need to record high quality video testimonials from customers all over the world. This allows us to generate high quality video and audio of those individuals and capture their opinions on a separate track,
