Easy to use and affordable data integration tool
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a tool to help us bring all our marketing and financial data together and present it in Power BI, and after some search we found Dataddo. Dataddo is really easy to use and has all the connectors we need. After the initial setup, there is very little maintenance needed and everything is running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I had a great experience so far especially with everyone involved in helping us with the configuration.

Our team had too many data sources, and we wanted to bring more clarity and be able to rely on the data. Dataddo was the right choice. As a company, we are now way more data-driven.

Stellar experience with Dataddo!
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Dataddo half a year ago, and they have exceeded my expectations. As a finance professional who has to generate BI reports for individual clients, Dataddo has helped me cut down on my work massively.
All of my clients' data from Exact Online and Google sheets is safely transported either to Google Sheet or Google Data Studio. Their automation works flawlessly, and I’ve been able to access data for my clients from several years back. I’m extremely happy I found their solution, not to mention they can do some pretty useful transformations within their tool itself. I use data blending to visualize all relevant information into a single table and the result is generated within seconds—overall a great tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when using Dataddo, but it is safe to say that after reading 1-2 of their articles, I was pretty confident with my use of the tool.

Before using Dataddo, I was working with a lot of scattered, fragmented data. The centralized management of this tool is perfect for freelancers like me. I can see all of my clients' data pipelines, and I’ve cut down on manual data entry massively.
So easy to use, reliable and solid solution. All the data from any source in one dashboard!
What do you like best about the product?
Dataddo is a straightforward and so comprehensive platform for data management. It is incredible how many connectors they integrate, even on-demand. It saves much time and manpower. Everything is automatic. They are very customer-oriented and so helpful just whenever you need them.

Nothing to dislike. Im delighted with the tool and customer support.

With Dataddo`s tool, we can finally have all data in one single table. Complete overview from all sources. Dataddo saves a lot in development costs!

What do you like best about the product?
When we first started with Dataddo, we did not have a warehouse and were sending our data to Sheets at the request of our client. Once we got BigQuery set up, it was super easy to move our pipelines to load to BigQuery and at no extra cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues getting specific metrics from HubSpot but after a quick connector update, I had everything I needed for my client.

We want to provide a full stack of services to our clients, but don’t necessarily have the capacity to build out API connections. That’s why we use Dataddo - they provide this solution for us at a reasonable price and with the flexibility to modify and adjust our customers’ pipelines as we need.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the way Dataddo allows you to connect all data sources into a single destination with ease. The platform offers some transformation capabilities that were a game-changer for my job. They recently improved their UI and managing my data has become even easier than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everytime I`ve had a problem or question their support team has been helpful. Sometimes a little glitch will come up but nothing beyond that.

The amount of time saved without manual data entry. They have tons of connectors to choose from and have an easy guide of how to navigate their tool on the website.

What do you like best about the product?
We had multiple clients with several data sources. The pricing was very flexible and competitive. And the setup was simple and straightforward. generally very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data sources like SAP are quite challenging specially because they have a lot of custom fields. We had to spend quite sometime with the support team to figure everything out.

We needed to help our clients manage and get a full picture of their data through a variety of 3rd party tools. Dataddo helped us to send data to Keboola then to Tableau.
Time and resource saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful: No code platform is greatly helpful when you need to access 5+ platforms' 30+ APIs into a single database. It was a super time saver.
Upside: Customer service is quick, and if you can't find your API, you can request it, and it will be done.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike Dataddo. No code platform for data extraction worked great for me. Perhaps, more documentation will be a plus for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our project was big, and we had limited staffing. We replaced two full-time engineers with Dataddo. It was great at solving time and money. If not for the no-code platforms like Dataddo, we might have assigned engineers whenever the API changes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering Dataddo, go for the trial period. That's what I did.
You can start right away, and it is that simple. I am sure that by the end of your trial, you can decide what is best for you and your team.

Solid solution to merge data from different services!
What do you like best about the product?
Overall the performance of this tool is very good. Comprehensive interface and quick response times from support. Their team do a lot of things on demand and offer customised solutions. They’re very customer-oriented. It is a wonderful experience to work with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data sources can sometimes disconnect, but we can access our missing data quite easily. After a few times we had notifications set up so this definitely helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Me and my team are using Dataddo to fetch data from multiple services - Salesforce, Google sheets and Linkedin. The integration with Power BI has been improved and now it is performing really well. The reports are always up to date with zero maintenance. We also send of this data to a data warehouse.
This tool enables me to completely outsource my ETL needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is great, the account set up speed was pretty good. Using this tool and it’s ready-made connector was easy and intuitive, yet when I had questions they were always very helpful and responsive over both chat and video call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven’t been using it that long, nothing to mention here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dataddo to export our Sales/ CRM and Marketing data from Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, Google Ads and Google Analytics and visualise the data in Google Data Studio. The connection is pretty smooth and it really streamlines our reporting. I have completely outsourced this service. Basically once the connections are established there is no maintenance required. Everything works better than I imagined.
