This tool enables me to completely outsource my ETL needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is great, the account set up speed was pretty good. Using this tool and it’s ready-made connector was easy and intuitive, yet when I had questions they were always very helpful and responsive over both chat and video call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven’t been using it that long, nothing to mention here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dataddo to export our Sales/ CRM and Marketing data from Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, Google Ads and Google Analytics and visualise the data in Google Data Studio. The connection is pretty smooth and it really streamlines our reporting. I have completely outsourced this service. Basically once the connections are established there is no maintenance required. Everything works better than I imagined.

Datadoo was able to cleanup our companies data in a short period of time. Were now back on track and the Datadoo team has exceeded our expectations!

It took me a little bit to figure out how the plaform user interface.

I am not an IT expert so it was amazing to be able to setup everything smoothly by my self.

We have a very straightforward setup so nothing seemed to stop on our way.

We needed a simple way to integrate data from three sources: Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Mailchimp. This enable us to easily measure the value of the campaigns promoting our events.
Best way how to connect anything to everything
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the customer service the most. They totally understood the assignment and helped us with their point of view, although it was extra work for them. We sat down with Dataddo about our issue and had a long discussion about the output of the work. Eventually, they knew what would be the best way how to collect my data and how. And as they said it, they did it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I disliked something worth mentioning. Sometimes they return my call after a few hours, but when they do call back, they call back with a possible solution, so...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our data from social networks, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and other data collection systems to our CRM platform, which they can bend as we like it

What do you like best about the product?
Dataddo saves hours of work on regular data transformation from different sources and makes reporting and data analysis very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, I am satisfied for current needs.

For complex market data analysis, we are using many sources in different formats and structures. With Dataddo is internal and external reporting with many specific requirements much easier, and we can focus on data itself instead of ensuring all inputs are valid.
Easy, affordable ETL with countless connectors and destinations.
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used Dataddo for a while and I am amazed by how many connectors they constantly integrate. There are tons of endpoints available for me to choose from. Dataddo makes moving data around simple and maintenance free, compared to an in-house solution. Everything is completely automatic and hands-off. Pretty great tool, based on my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially didn’t like that they charge for every dataset, which would’ve been pricey, especially if you’re moving lots of data. They offer some Enterprise solutions which we ended up purchasing which ended up being cheaper. I’d say this price is justified by the capabilities of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get a complete overview of all sales funnel and lead generation activities from the multiple services we use internally. With Dataddo gathering and analysing this data is easy and has become almost automatic.
Excellent solution for sales reports
What do you like best about the product?
Dataddo is a comprehensive, easy to use platform that allows us to perform both data warehousing and BI reporting for the same price. The connections they offer are stable with a good roster of metrics. The Salesforce and Linkedin connectors are quite intuitive to use. The different metrics are separated very neatly into different datasets so that makes the individual metrics selection very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some connectors are still new and they don’t have all the available information yet, but I’ve been told they add it on customers' demand. Other than that it’s a pretty sound tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Dataddo for 1 year + and they’re constantly improving their platform. Every few months they integrate so many connectors and deploy features which make the tool even better. I’ve used it for several connectors - Salesforce, Linkedin and Wrike and experimented with a few more. It saves me time and money as we send our company’s data to m multiple destinations, which without Dataddo, would be a very labour intensive job.
