Great Tool to Assist ETL and Data Pipellines
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's simple, easy to use, almost intuitive; Dataddo's support team is also great, they are very helpful not only in showing the right direction when you're not sure what to choose, but also offering alternate/custom solutions to our data needs! There's a great variety of different connectors and, it's easy to add new/more fields, in case they exist in the original's tool documentation. I would, and I have already, recommended Dataddo to some colleagues working in similar role to mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor UX/interface things could improve user's life, it has some interface minor issues, but nothing that stands in the way of using the tool itself. For example, whenever you search for a specific source, and edit it or one of them, the page refreshes and you have to type the search again; that is particularly annoying when you need to edit multiple sources of the same type at the same type. Other than that, there are not bigger UX/ use problems that affect the use of the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dataddo is helping us solve issues with Data Availability and Data Extraction; with Dataddo we're able to extract, transform and load our main social media info, for instance, into Power BI, but it's not limited to only Power BI.
We can literally take whatever data we need and place it where we need it best.

An Essential Connection for our Data Points
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use. There are so many data sources to choose from that I hadn't considered when signing up to DATADDO. As we have started using other platforms, such as Mailchimp, those sources have become more valuable to us and are all included within the same pricing plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations. For example, I am limited by how many dimensions I can import through GA4. This may be something on GA4's side, but if not, it would be helpful to have this limitation removed.
More in-depth descriptions of what each variable does (in the import process) could be helpful. I've had to test this by creating multiple sources, manually importing historical data, checking what each variable refers to, and then choosing which to keep or remove. It is a sound process, but including this information at the beginning of the import process would be benficial.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our business connect multiple platforms into one data analytics platform - Zoho Analytics. This allows management to look at dashboards where data from various sources are all present simultaneously, saving time and giving us more powerful insights into our data.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing what I like best about Dataddo is its flexibility (lots of connectors for different integrations, very customizable datasets, lots of options for data management like blending and hashing sensitive data) and user-friendliness (interface easy to navigate).
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility is also the thing what I disliked about Dataddo at first. For example, my first pipelines did not work because the metrics and attributes I chose were not compatible with each other. But support helped me fixed them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company use Dataddo to get data from social media to a warehouse, and also to send it directly to dashboards for the marketing team.
Good to find this type of product to get accurate data
What do you like best about the product?
it's very easy to understand and integrate. i liked very much custom fields selection option it's very help to me for get particular data from google ads or facebook ads third party integration. I used previously stitchdata provider there not gave this type of options thats why we selected your dataddo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mostly disliked there was no option to get every 30-minute data from dataddo most of situations our digital marketer required live data, mostly like every 30 min data to analyse performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its very easy to get our ads data from google ads and facebook ads.
Really nice and ismple to use with PowerBI

Easy of use. Static ip address wich make it really nice to use when you are dealing with database secure connection.

Pricing. They change their pricing and I find it expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Dataddo is a great way to start ingesting data into whatever destination you have in mind. Compared to competitors like Fivetran and Supermetrics, there's a large amount of customization possible; basically allowing you to do whatever you want.
For the Dutch market, they are uniquely offering AFAS and Exact connectors which made the transition to taking ownership of our data a lot easier for my company.
The level of customer service is exemplar; they value feedback and go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. For the flaws that Dataddo has, their customer service tries to find a solution for everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I like the level of customization, it also means you need to have a good understanding of the fundamentals of working with data. Dataddo allows you to union and join your data freely, as well as dynamically enabling you to (re)run whatever data ingestions you want. However, you will need to know what you're doing if you don't want to mess things up. This makes Dataddo more complex to understand if you have a true no code background.
Historical ingestions of data proved to be a hassle; there's not much automation possible and you have to work around API limits yourself. Very carefully. I've spend a lot of time on the backfills of all my data sources and if you compare this to competitors, you'll have an easier experience elsewhere. On the flip side, I was aware of this beforehand and I felt the investment of time was worth it on the long term if you take Dataddos pricing into account.

Dataddo allows us to take full ownership over our data in the fastest way possible. It took away the need to hire a data engineer right off the bat; you can get data flowing with a couple of clicks. This saves both money and time.
A reliable data integration platform
What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend Dataddo's data integration platform. Dataddo impressess me with its ability to provide a single location for all our integrations from various saas services and we no longer have to worry about managing everything individually. We are also starting to experiment with reverse ETL to leverage more data insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dataddo's convenience is unmatched and saves us time and effort, there hasn't been anything we disliked so far, granted we are relatively new to Dataddo.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy setup for all connections. Great support from the team. they are there when you have questions.

There are so many different connectors that sometimes, it is complicated to understand what does what.
