Ignio in ACI
What do you like best about the product?
Feature that comes with event management tool. ignio AIOPS has helped us to reduce effort for our operations team and improved MTTR. All the feedback is taken into account by digiate team to meet customer requirement. Yuvaraj is the best resource to work from Digitate team. He is always ready to help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not easy to use like other event management tool that's in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are yet to explore more features of AIOpS and as of now we use selfhealing that which is simple and thats works as per the expectation.

Business Dashboard Monitoring of SAP systems
What do you like best about the product?
One-click dashboards, which is very easy to use and check for more details if required. Prompt email alert system which helps us in checking the status of that particular problem and then take necessary action. This product is very compatible with SAP RISE as I did not see any issues with the alert monitoring from Ignio during SAP RISE migration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation through the historical records of each alert sent from Ignio is difficult for me when I need the information to compare between two different timestamps/occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BHM Dashboard which was deployed is very helpful for us to monitoring all the SAP systems at one place, instead of having to login to each system. The alert mechanism from the same helps us to take proactive action and ensure that the business processes are not affected.

It gives me an in depth look at the health of my applications. The team was helpful and patient with the process.

I don't have any dislikes. The product is working as expected.

I had to manually monitor the health of my systems. This tool automated everything to review in a dashboard. It simplified my process.

We are in process of implementing Ignio , a product of digitate at our company.

It is an AI enabled tool that helps in digital monitoring of various applications, also it is possible to integrate it with service now and analyze the incident trends and failure points.We have not implemented the service now integration yet , but , it is in pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
its possible some of the monitoring of your applications is already available locally in the application and redundant at times.

Application message monitoring and in some cases workflow management upon failures.
