Expert Guidance Makes Brightedge Stand Out, Be Thorough With Your Setup
What do you like best about the product?
The guidance and direction we get on our regular calls with Brightedge are extremely valuable. The tool itself is fantastic, but it's really the value of a dedicated expert that makes the relationship highly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complex and time consuming to work through the initial setup, and if you don't get that right upfront, then you're moving your baseline and restarting when you make adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brightedge has helped us deliver month on month improvement in our search engine rankings consistently over a long period of time. We are now working withrough GEO / AEO with Brightedge. Their guidance on how to ensure we are appearing in relevant AI tools has been highly valuable.
Great Ranking Overview, but Navigation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The quick ranking overview of the past months.
What do you dislike about the product?
User experience maybe can be inproved to ease the navigation of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge helped in providing the ranking for each keywords that we are tracking, and this is benefitting for us so that we know how we can optimize our webpages better.

What do you like best about the product?
I am new and just starting to learn about BrightEdge. It's been interesting discovering how AI search code functions, and I'm enjoying the learning process.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't encountered any issues as I am still in the process of learning about BrightEdgw.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides useful SEO reports and insights into customer behaviour. These features help me better understand how my website is performing and how visitors are interacting with it.
Good enterprise tool
What do you like best about the product?
Cutting edge AI tools, regular updates, great support, Content Advisor functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of tools with many settings. It's almost overwhelming, even with some experience using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and reporting on search statistics, content gap analysis, competitive intelligence, content ideation, finding website issues.
Great innovative tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how BrightEdge can be used organization-wide. The dashboards are great, and they are always innovating and staying on top of AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be difficult to use. It doesn't have the best interface, but we learn a lot from our account manager. I would also say I would love to see more all-time results, we don't always look at week to week results since things change so slowly with SEO. Would love to see all-time metrics vs. just week to week or MoM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without BrightEdge, we would have no visibility into our AI citations and rankings. I love how they are innovating in the age of AI and constantly coming out with new features that we can take to our leadership and show how we are staying on top of the age of AI.
Excellent, Innovative Tools and Legendary Support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform gives us so much of what we need plus many more features we didn't know we needed like log file analysis, total search visibility, and AI tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it didn't log me out so often, otherwise the interface is very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out biggest problem was validating new measurements in the new world of AI and LLMs with Search. BrightEdge shows our overall visibility as a new way to show success.
Great in-depth information, cutting edge tools with terrific support
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is extremely beneficial. The tools help to be more efficient and the AI capabilities are helping to drive new processes and insights to improve our rankings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is a little clunky or just not flexible enough for displaying information. But it's not something that can be worked around with a little effort.

Brightedge is providing insights into what is performing and what isn't. It's helping us target the areas that are falling off and needing improvements.

The consulting helps me stay ahead of the game when it comes to AI, SEO, and GEO. Additionally, BrightEdge engineering team is listening to our concerns and our needs.

The cost is a significant factor that I am not pleased with.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge is not only an SEO platform, it is a bank of knowledge about everything related to search. BrightEdge follows what's happening with SEO and AI and builds that into the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It signs me out too fast! I turn away to do something real quick and by the time I'm back I have to sign in again.

It's helping to give us insights about what's going on with search, especially with AIOs.
Packed with Helpful Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I use the platform weekly. It's great having all the research, analytics data, and recommendations in one place instead of bouncing between platforms. I especially like the DataCubeX tool for competitor research, Copilot for AI assisted SEO focused content creation, the site audit tool for quick performance wins, and the new tool to track performance in AI search! My customer success manager is super helpful and responsive. I also like the regular webinars for continued learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool has a lot of (helpful) features, which can feel overwhelming for beginners or for those who don't use it regularly. To help my team make sense of the platform, I compile data into dashboards for them. While the dashboards are functional, I think they could be improved and made more polished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More website visibility and traffic through traditional organic search and AI search. More visits means more leads!
