What do you like best about the product?
I love how BrightEdge speeds up the process and makes SEO updating easy, which really helps with time management. Having a dedicated Customer Service Manager that I work with every other week is fantastic. As someone new to SEO management, she helps me focus and understand what needs to be done to be successful. This support makes navigating the many available tools much less overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're very early on in our relationship with BrightEdge, and there are so many tools available, it can be a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge speeds up the SEO process and makes updates easy, solving time management challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward toolset that’s easy to use. I like having all my search data in one place, which makes it simple to find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inconsistent search volume numbers for Brazil data. Many times I see keywords in English showing a high volume, but in reality the keyword is actually being searched in Portuguese.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with monitoring competitors, search trends, AI visibility and content criation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are always updates with BrightEdge, which shows the company is keeping up with the world and technical changes. I also like the simplicity and the wide range of tools it offers. I love having my rep, who is very helpful and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information and tools so it’s kind of overwhelming sometimes.

BrightEdge organizes pages, tracks keywords, provides AI insights, competitive gap insights, and supports content brainstorming.

Powerful SEO Tool with a Steep Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrightEdge has tons of tools, which can serve any of my purposes. It helps me make anything I want and search for anything I need. It's an all-in-one tool for SEO. I appreciate being able to search by language, which is helpful for my multilingual site, and I like that I can track and save keywords. It also helps me with AI overview, showing if AI tools are using information from my website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like that there are so many tools available, and it's really hard to look for them whenever you need something. You have to look for several minutes, and that's something that does not make it very user-friendly. Moreover, the user interface, it's not very friendly. It takes ages to find something. There are multiple ways to arrive at certain features, so it gets confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge helps me understand the ranking of my website, most visited pages, and keyword rankings. It also lets me search for new keywords and track them. Plus, it gives an AI overview to see if AI tools are accessing my site.

What do you like best about the product?
Robust data. Lots to dig into and options to explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
All that info and reporting can be overwhelming for someone who isn’t familiar with it. On boarding and account managers do a good job of training but it’s still a lot of take advantage of when I’m a team of 1-2 working to optimize multiple sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing our shared mentions and what LLM platforms are outputting us for answers. We also utilize auto pilot for one of our sites to help Cross link and drive traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
We are in the process of onboarding with BrightEdge, and the personal touch is so helpful. Walking through everything and and explaining everything in such a way that it’s easy to set up and use on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Like I said, we’re still in the process of onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are new to SEO, so seeing the possibilities of how much we’re going to improve our KPI’s is exciting to see.
