My first interaction with BrightEdge
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the webinar on Your Guide to Next-Level Gen-AI Powered Productivity. I am a content strategist with an SEO focus, so this was a helpful deep-dive into how Google is rolling out its AI search results with tips on how to leverage the opportunities it provides for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt that the overview of the history of search + AI at the beginning of the presentation was unnecessary and kicked things off to a slow start. I have ADHD, so I was immediately distracted. I like to get to the meat of the topic fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not at that level as a user to be able to respond.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data & useful comparisons saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a monster - there's a mild learning curve. In the same breath, there are a multitude of resources to educate yourself so its not really a downside persay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KW research & content gap analysis. I get a better idea of how KW are ranking and moving on my clients sites.
The leader in SEO AI Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Brightedge has been a leader in the SEO space for quite some time. Their AI tools, especially the Content Advisor, are among the best I've seen to date. I would highly recommend Brightedge to any marketing manager for optimizing their search footprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect of SEO (tools) that I haven't found in Brightedge is a comprehensive list of site backinks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brightedge allows our marketing team to organize, track, and optimize our website performance.
Data Cube X is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to pull quick and detailed insights from Data Cube X for clients. It's great to be able to get the results for subfolders or specific URLs within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrightEdge sometimes shows that brand keywords I know we rank for every month as just starting to rank. If they fix that, it would be perfect!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendliness of the tool. It's easy to process the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to understand where all the metics are at, but findable after training.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge has a lot of useful features for planning and SEO strategy, particularly with keyword groups. Also enjoy using Data Cube and some of the AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the platform to be more intuitive and easy to use. More connectivity across the tool.

Keyword research, making it easier to optimize pages.

What do you like best about the product?
Brightedge can provide a lot of useful information about what people are searching for within a given location. It's also quite dense with information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be kind of hard figuring out which feature best suits your needs for any given project.

It helps me find relevant content topics.

Helpful Product, Great Team
What do you like best about the product?
Brightedge has helped keep track of our keyword rankings (individual & group levels), site rankings and helps provide insights to the competitive nature of the industry. The research tools help us with strategy and prioritizing next steps. Our team is available when we need them and are always helpful with questions and guidance through new projects (ex CMS migration).
What do you dislike about the product?
No real "easy" way to remove dup keywords
