What do you like best about the product?
Keyword research is so simple in BrightEdge. It's less confusing than other tools with which I've worked. The gap analysis in Data Cube X is super handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many capabilities that it can get overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
The data cube is the most helpful part of the platform, for my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a very very high price tag, the highest in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keyword research and strategy. This platform keeps everything in one place, I do my research and I track my keywords here.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge constantly updates tools to keep pace with the field while ensuring even entry level practitioners can keep up. Copilot AI in particular makes creating quality content easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The question/answer format of webinars isn't super helpful. Experts shouldn't be so high level that they can't give practical, real advice. I rarely learn much new from that portion of the webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance tracking, strategy and generative AI for blog articles

Not knowing when keywords groups were last updated. Limited global Insite

What do you like best about the product?
Good tool that could be used instead of some other expensive tools with good way to see the data. They have good team that could tell you more about SEO if you don't have seo agency or in-house team.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are good at SEO the sync meeting could be a little bit too much.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the excellent customer service given by BrightEdge. Special shout out to Natalie Corkos for always being responsive about inquiries and giving ideas for strategies and new tools that could help improve the SEO experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
It just takes a bit of a learning curve to navigate through all the tools in Bright Edge but it just takes practice.
