What do you like best about the product?
Comparing my client's ranked keywords vs competitors in the same market. This is valuable insight for me when developing content strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If i am tracking keywords for a domain, sometimes it will show the same keyword and same page it ranks for but in different rankings (or the same rankings). to me, that seems like it is inaccurate. also it has trouble detecting keyword search volume if i use special characters, "Honda CR-V".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new ranking opportunities based off of competitors.

Involves a learning curve when you first start using it.

The amount of information available is incredible! It provides real-time info that is actionable and useful!

A lot of data manipulation is required to look at some of the data.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge brings SEO knowledge that we don't have internally. The process makes what would be a very technical process much more user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to mention, no dislikes

SEO opportunities both internal to our site but also involving external feeds, not crawls, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with 3 other SEO companies and after many headaches and a lack of support we partnered with BrightEdge. Their team is so responsive and always willing to help troubleshoot and treats us like a VIP client. The tool itself is so comprehensive and always improving as Google and the landscape changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is large. It is such a great tool but there is so many dashboards and tools to integrate it can be overwhelming. Thankfully their team offers a lot of training and patience!!

What do you like best about the product?
Copilot is very helpful for content briefs generation, it is very comprehensive, but we’re not fully using it for content writing. My favorite tool in BE is Data Cube X, which is a game changer for understanding trended rankings and playing with the filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting in dashboards is sometimes inaccurate or data needs updated and we have to contact support quite seldom.

Understanding organic search changes and priorities for SEO

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using BE Instant. The realtime results and bulk search volume features streamline the process for content gaps. I also love Datacube for the same reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope the BE Generative Parser tool becomes available for customers to use. It would be help to track SGE in BE right now. I think BE also uses keyword planner for SV data. Recently there have been glitches in KW data where the SV hasn't been available in the data. My teams assume this is stemming from a glitch in keyword planner.
