What do you like best about the product?
Combination of tools (data cube, keyword recommendations) and working 1-on-1 with my rep (homework + check-ins). Easy to understand and use the tools. My rep is awesome and super knowledgeable - I am learning lots. Biweekly meetings with homework between is great timing. Connects over to my site/pages fine enough. Easy enough to implement - relatively intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many features I feel like I hardly have time for 10%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not enough time to optimize website's SEO - lots of great content that is not benefiting our SEO but my time is limited to be researching by hand - Copilot A+

The way it stays current with the changing organic search landscape and tailors the platform To have features and capabilities, that address new aspects of SEO

Sometimes certain in platform features can be too dense in terms of information and data, Also, slowing down functionality in platform

What do you like best about the product?
I am the only person at my company working in SEO, and our website is massive (1,500 pages!) and in multiple languages and regions. Until BE, I felt very alone and frustrated by being a one-person team trying to do it all. With BE, I'm able to work more efficiently and have the insight of fellow strategists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish a lot of the data could be displayed in more than just weekly comparison views. I want to see data for specific days.

If I'm being honest, I also don't like how hard the new gen AI tools for content writing are being pushed. Useful for content planning and structuring? Yes. But I'm not going to rely on a robot to actually write pages of content-- all evidence shows that leading to long-term losses. Users simply don't want AI-written articles, and we have every reason to believe that search engines will become better able to recognize it and will rank it lower in the future. This reminds me of everyone jumping on keyword stuffing years ago-- it's only going to end badly if we don't tread carefully and focus on quality above all else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabled me to perform research and strategize more efficiently as a one-person team. Before BE, I was rather overwhelmed.

I like that you can get granular with research, and the dedicated team member support to help train you to use the tool to the fullest.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to tell how the suggestions are generated, not the most intuitive.

Allowing us to track traffic and optimize our pages with an organized approach

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge is constantly evolving their technology and updating the tools for their customers. Client Success Managers very willing to problem-solve, investigate and dig deeper with you to help your business grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the Customer Success Manager to provide more holistic overview of our pages, which ones to focus on and provide examples.
We've started to experience some of this, but would appreciate more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the higher education industry, BrightEdge is helping us drive traffic to our programs. Helping prospective students and families understand our slate of complexly named programs through clear explanations, suggested keywords and phrases.

I like all the tools and ability to drill down deep for each keyword I want to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many tools and not enough time to master them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have problems. We are a non-profit that isn't selling anything, just want higher SE rankings to boost traffic.
