What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge is constantly evolving. Autopilot is great at suggesting metadata recommendations and Data Cube X is excellent for finding content gaps between your client's sites against competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love the ability to have dropped out of keyword reports and not have to figure it out manually when comparing month by month.

Tools are easily applicable to the data I need, and Brightedge generates new ideas and KPIs I would not have considered

UX is occasionally slow, and there are some similarly named features that I get confused

What i like best is how helpful brightedge is and the team. The platform is so easy to use and the how tos provided in the blog are as well. Most of all our consultant is the best!

It can be a but slow when making changes and sometimes you need to manually refresh the site for recommendations.

The updates to the AI content advisor is a game changer and not only helps direct us in web, meta, and blog content but social media; as well as, understanding what the competitors is doing and audience search.

Building dashboards and learning all the capabilities can be daunting at first. There is so much to learn and how to find/use the tool. That is where the 1:1 guidance and webinars help.
