Brightedge is a must have tool for all SEOs
What do you like best about the product?
They are constantly updating their product with new features and provide excellent customer support. Brightedge is very easy to use and it can be integrated with other tools for better results. For new users they provide training to understand all the feautures.

I was satisfied with all the feautures of Brightedge

What do you like best about the product?
Very comprehensive toolkit, innovative company mindset, constant improvements being made to their software, friendly team who are happy to help and accomodate our bespoke needs. Beyond the custom dashboards, a few of the tools worthy of a mention are the bulk keyword volume tool, conversational keyword ideas, real time rankings, ranked keywords and Data Cube X for competitor analysis and content gaps. They've also recently introduced an AI content writing tool running off ChatGPT (it's called Content Advisor) which we are testing at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many tools and dashboards, it can be a little overwhelming and difficult to know which tool is best for which use case. It can also run a little slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us identify/validate opportunity, track performance and highlight improvement areas, demonstrate business case, monitor impact, monitor competitors etc. All-round SEO tool.

competitor analysis, it is really important to add more than 3 competitors, not only SERPs competitors but business competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
technical audits have some issues, for example in reading sitemaps or robot.txt and something are not according with GSC or the real docs.

What do you like best about the product?
Brightedge is a brilliant tool to manage the video content, I have been extensively using it to manage my company's video content. Trust me its the best tool availaible in the market to easily manage the video content and it has an edge over its competitors. Their customer support team is always availaible to help in times of queries regarding the tool.

Most of the features in brightedge are easy to handle so yeah no dislike about the tool as of now.

Brightedge solves video content management to a very high level due to its simple to handle features. I have been using brightedge to manage my company's video content on a frequent basis.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been super helpful in identifying our strengths, weaknesses, and allows use to easily make improvements. Also, love that it's constantly adapting and improving, which will continue to help us pave the way with our SEO and content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user interface seems a bit clunky, but at the same time there is a lot of different information to display. There are certain aspects I would change, but once you get used to it, it's fine.

Identifying areas to improve and help us when we are revamping current pages and plan future endeavors for our site.
Excellent customer service and innovative features
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest pro to brightedge is the customer service. Out customer success manager who works with us is very involved with the majority of our SEO efforts and often provides great insight on how we can achieve our goals. Brightedge's swift efforts to adopt generative AI has made the platform way more robust than other SEO tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The backlink tool could be better. It isn't as robust as other seo platforms.
