Brightedge is a very helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing how our pages rank and how we compare to our competitors organically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to compare our site to competitors on one search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is showing what keywords are having great traffic and how we can implement these onto our pages.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has only one person (myself) working on the website and SEO. Brightedge has been an exceptional partner and feels like an extension of our team—their tools are extremely robust and our company's rep is very knowledgeable and helpful. Our page rankings have increased significantly since we started working with Brightedge this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to assign tasks to various team members is not super helpful, but that is only because I am the only person on our team working on SEO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brightedge helps us to identify content to create, how to maximize the SEO of our existing content, and how to improve the overall health of our site.

Not a lot of downsides. It is definitely on the higher price range of SEO tools but it is worth it

BrightEdge – an incredible tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to map our SEO strategy and keywords to specifica pages on our website. It is easy to choose preferred landing pages and make sure you are using the right keywords for those pages
What do you dislike about the product?
BrightEdge has a learning curve. A lot of the data that you want to have for your website isn't there until you start tracking it. Tools like SEM Rush may be able to help you from the jump.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge allows us to understand our SEO rankings, track engagement, understand strategies we can implement, and get after technical SEO.

It has been extremely instrumental for me to find out the Keywords that rank the highest for my category and the search volume displaying opportunities

Nothing that comes to mind. The UI makes sense to navigate

Super helpful on AI Catalyst
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Bright edge for almost four years now and love how they continue to evolve the platform and especially the addition of AI catalyst. It's been very interesting to watch where we are being cited and mentioned on AI, and has even helped to reinvigorate some motivation in this new area of SEO
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that finding instances of a term could pull from both PDFs on our site as well as webpages (in OnCrawl). Our team is in charge of several term audits of our site and we have countless PDFs that we also need to audit. This would help automate a process that often takes several hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is by far the primary tool we use in keeping tabs on our rank, keyword tracking, AI tracking, and general traffic year over a year.
My lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. When you're a 1 person team, it takes a lot to stay afloat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of need for add ins and customization. Reporting dashboards could stand to be easier.

Literally couldn't do my work without it
Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
The tools that I use most on Brightedge are the semantically related keywords and the site audit. Copilot has the potential to be a big help once it gets more refined. The dashboards are becoming more useful. Now that we are a year into our relationship and auto pilot has already shown immediate improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep, even for a seasoned SEO manager. It seems like there's a lot of ways to get the same information which sometimes makes the tool confusing. There's still a lot of manual work to do in order to set the foundation. It's taking me about a year to get the foundation in place for an enterprise site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brightedge provides metrics and recommendations. Whereas I was explaining these problems before. It was simply my word against someone else's. This is functioning as a neutral tool that helps me prove my point to other teams about best practices
BrightEdge improved our SEO
What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge is an easy to use tool that is comprehensive in its recommendations. Once you implement the recommendations, it makes it easy to track how the changes influence your site traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took us some time to get used to the product. Without my account rep I don't think we would have been utilizing the tools correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're in the process of redoing our website. BE allowed us to run a site audit on our new site before it was live and resolve any issues.
