What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. It is a very friendly user experience and has a quick learning curve. For my company, being able to group keywords and pages based on categories is extremely helpful. We're always adding new product lines so having a platform that can help us keep things organized is a must.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of being able to select custom filters for many of the reports. You are limited to week to week and month to month comparisons - preselected by the platform. Being able to select actual custom date ranges would be beneficial for our company/needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge helps us maintain pages, keywords and research for our company. BE also helps us with product/category research. The support from the meetings has also been excellent.
A fantastic solution for SEO Specialists
What do you like best about the product?
The instant feature is something I find to be unlike any other SEO platform. You can find real time rankings amongst competitors, not just an average like some other resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tough when you need a BrightEdge representative to get new clients added in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of site auditing and research for potential new clients, so it's great to use for competitor keyword gaps and gauging the share of voice for a domain.
User friendly and time saving
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about BrightEdge is their team. They are always available to hop on a call and get all of our questions answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside about using BrightEdge at the moment is the inability to use CoPilot to generate page tiles and descriptions for pages that are not live yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge is helping us to improve our search ability and generate traffic to our site to create more authority with Google and increase chances for views.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge has great technology that they are constantly improving, they offer educational webinars, and the customer success managers are top notch. I always feel supported and have seen great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot that I don't like about BE. I can't think of anything really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now helping me create meta descriptions that are more optimized towards our keywords and monitoring how those impact my site rankings.

What do you like best about the product?
The site is user friendly and easy to navigate. Utilizing Brightedge has helped us reach a larger audience and recieve more traffic to our website. It has also helped with competitor research.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brightedge has been a helpful tool and there isn't a lot of negative feedback I can give. The only thing I would recommend is moving where settings is. It is a little hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our company rank higher in Google and learn which SEO words to use. It has helped us clean up our website and use keywords that are being searched for instead of guessing which words to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the recommendations that are provided to me to optimize my product pages and blogs for SEO purposes. The recommendations are an easy and quick way to make your pages rank better.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrightEdge can be a bit overwhelming with all of the features that are offered. Without the help of a dedicated representative to have bi-weekly calls, I think that I would be a little lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge is making it easier for me to optimize my website for SEO purposes and it is user-friendly. I am using keyword research tools to see what I can use for blog posts and am using the dashboards to see how my site is performing overall.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is impeccable during implementation. They're also super knowledgable when it comes to educating our team about SEO in general. So far, the best SEO tool I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is vast so there are a few ease of use issues with the UI/UX but they are very minor and will likely be adjusted soon. There's not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team and Brightedge is enhancing our SEO efforts to match a larger scale team which we otherwise could not achieve.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct access to SEO super-experts, unlimited team members, a wealth of data, Content Advisor, Keyword Reporting, their acquisition of OnCrawl & so much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little dated and could use a refresh. BrightEdge is pricey, and I don't love that they separate some very useful tools unless we pay extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritizing what we optimize for search and how we optimize it, as well as measuring and reporting on those optimizations. Our SEO has increased like a rocket ship!
Excellent software for SEO education and implementation
What do you like best about the product?
If you're searching for an excellent SEO enhancement tool, BrightEdge should be your go-to option. Exceptional work and excellent communication make them standouts in the industry; I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to take their online presence to new heights. Our customer success rep. has been awesome to work with!
