What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge has enabled us to consolidate all of our SEO tools and efforts into one. The tracking, forecasting, and instant capabilities have leveled up our services.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the disconnects are actually being resolved in the roadmap

We're able to more closely track and quantify our impact in SEO easier than we ever have.
A good friend for a content marketer
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that it is easy to see specifically where and how your page is ranking using relevant keywords and phrases, where other platforms will typically make you dig through a lot of generic keyword terms first.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the navigation is challenging and you need to hunt around a bit to find a specific tool you are looking for. It is helpful but takes a lot of repetition to know your environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my team monitor our page rankings and successful targeting of keywords and phrases. It also guides us in finding how our pages are performing in comparison to one another.
Using Ai to get to the next level of SEO
What do you like best about the product?
The data cube has been super helpful in modeling our content around critical keywords. Now with generated Ai recommendations via copilot, this should make the task even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just wish I had more team bandwidth on my side. I don't have anything I dislike about bright edge and super has been stellar!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recommendations section helps us see things that can be improved. It helps me see where descriptions are missing too.

Once set up, it delivers great research and insightful suggestions to improve SEO results.

I am a SEO novice and it can be a bit overwhelming getting on-boarded but their team is very helpful. It would be nice if some of the reporting could be tailored. Wish we could track more competitors.

DataCube is really helpful.It's easy to organize your work on the tool with keyword groups and use dashboatrds for data

keyword research can be improved, it requires a lot of manual filters to get good related kw

Always Educational Beyond A Service
What do you like best about the product?
While BrightEdge has an amazing product that I use constantly, they always have webinars available to that enhance my usage and other ideas for my SEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take me a little to get used to the program but after you use it for a while you figure things out well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the holistic view of organic performance that BrightEdge provides. It has a wide array of keyword tracking, and its integrations allow you to pull in 1st party tools for more advanced insights. The SearchIQ tool is very valuable for competitive benchmarks.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrightEdge has a lot of kinks to work out. Keyword universes appear to be larger across SEMrush and Ahrefs. Additionally, we see a lot of highly semantically related terms that other tools typically don't pick up on, for good reason.
Also, SearchIQ has some great functionality, but it's also very limited int he data that it provides. Expand to include more schema types, conmpetitors, keyword groups, etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge provides some helpful competitive details for analyses, but its keyword and visibility tracking isn't quite as informatibve as other tools. I find myself referencing SEMrush more than BrightEdge.
Well worth the hour
What do you like best about the product?
That my entire team is able to use it and grow with the platform. It's pretty easy to use and I appreciate the willingness to have a team for success when I have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an app. I'm not sure if one is available but as a media professional that's always on the run. I think that would be great to have for easy access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just SEO as a whole. Our whole team uses the platform and it has so much information that allows us to produce quality content.
