I have honestly not found anything that I don't like, I'm not sure if this is already possible but I would love to see how competitors are performing for priority keywords.

What do you like best about the product?
I think BrightEdge is a simple platform that helps to identify tons of SEO needs and asks for clients. The people I've worked with at BrightEdge have also been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the trainings could use some work but they aren't horrible. I don't have any massive dislikes with everything on BrightEdge overall. Some of the employees could know more about B2B though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we're working together on a few migrations as well as improving KW rankings for PDPs and PLPs across the board with all of my clients. I'm also working on training new employees on the tool.

I like how helpful it is and how easy it integrates with Wordpress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. It can be a little hard to navigate sometimes

Results like keywords ranked on page 1 does not provide information that displays the keywords themselves.

BrightEdge is showing how our SEO blog strategy is bringing our website more traffic and increasing keywords on page 1. BrightEdge is proving the benefits of this project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the biweekly meetings and webinars. Everyone seems knowledgeable and willing to help. This makes it easy to optimize my SEO keywords. I am new to this and this is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site is a bit difficult to navigate, especially when you are new to the field of SEO. But I think this is improved with the biweekly meetings which help me to understand better

The price; not every company is willing to invest the minimal subscription to leverage SEO.

BE helps me do a lot of keyword research for the new web pages I make, and it's been very beneficial for the website migrations I've been apart of.
