A product with so much potential held back by UX
What do you like best about the product?
Brightedge offers a large variety of tools for SEO that are both insightful and remove many tedious activities and the need for external platforms.
My favorite feature is how you can leverage multiple search engines and track keywords from different local markets.

What do you dislike about the product?
BrightEdge is only held back by its large number of tools and options creating a large learning curve and analysis paralysis.
I would like to see them put solutions and onboarding on several guided roadmaps based on the companies and brand they are working with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brightedge is solving the need to keep track of SEO performance in local markets for our nationwide, multi-location businesses. Having insights across the nation at a glance is powerful.
An unreal Keyword Research tool
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use BrightEdge Instant, I use this for my keyword research when trying to find ways of trumping top ranking competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about BrightEdge, it's a phenomenal tool to use!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what keywords competitors are ranking for, and for finding different variation of keywords that we are trying to target.

I would love to have a "BrightEgde University" with some demand/online with different course levels (for beginners, intermediate, advanced) for content/analytics we can do at BridgetEdge.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of tools BrightEdge has to offer. It allows me to do research in many different ways that help me make decisions for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find the dashboards section very overwhelming and involve a lot of components that don't always make sense to me.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrightEdge is the ease of using the platform. Tracking certain keywords to see how we are ranking and what areas to focus on. I really like the quick wins section to see what tweaks we can make to help our SEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing I can think of that I don't like about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a small team, it's hard to figure out what is most important to focus on and BrightEdge really helps with time management by suggesting updates to make in order to increase our visibility in search engines.
