Great overview of 2023 SEO expectations, reporting and proving value of SEO to your organization.

BrightEdge is significantly helping with keyword research and gaining an understand of SEO opportunities for my company.
Brightedge is the go-to resource for anyone looking to learn more about SEO.

The team members at Brightedge have been so great ti work with and have helped me become very well versed in SEO and the brightedge dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a lot of info all at once but that is okay.

Helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge's platform is extremely useful in evaluating our SEO efforts and where we can improve. The dashboards within the platform are very thorough and informative. The support articles are also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Brightedge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with finding site issues and areas of improvement. It is also helpful in making SEO data available to use and report on.
BrightEdge is perfect for a birds-eye view of rankings, but needs a little help for individual pages
What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge excels in providing a birds-eye view of your pages' performance in search engines. You can quickly gather how your pages are doing monthly, week over week, and other breakdowns. Additionally, I like how the organic keywords are displayed in dashboards with an easy-to-read analysis of page 1, page 2, page 3, and page 4-10 rankings.
What do you dislike about the product?
While BrightEdge is great for viewing a collection of pages or subfolders, I struggle a bit with collecting data for individual pages using BrightEdge. If I need information on a single page, I tend to rely on another tool to collect the data that I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge provides an overview of how our pages perform organically, where we can improve, and how our keywords have been moving over time. This overview is a significant benefit when rolling up reporting to key stakeholders. Another benefit of BrightEdge is the support they offer. If I'm unclear on using a tool or report within BrightEdge, I can contact support for quick and easy clarification.
Helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard reports are helful and show great insights. The assistance to improve our website pages. The availity to find keywords to use to improve our ranking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take time to search in instant and it's not too clear what keywords are best to use to improve our ranking.

Improve our website content and rankings.
Improved Knowledge of SEO
What do you like best about the product?
It's been very helpful in increasing my SEO knowledge and being able to use the dashboards to improve execution of SEO. It's also been very helpful to attend the webinars offered by BrightEdge!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet found anything that I dislike. The interactions that I've had with BrightEdge have been super positive and helpful, including my questions during webinars, which have been answered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge has been helpful in creating dashboards that give me great information about branded versus non branded keywords and how we are ranking compared to our competitors.
Great tool for comparing with internal search term
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use! Very insightful results. Lots of customization options which provide flexibility for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope there's a way to see external trend like the google trend dashborad. Instead of you have to come up with known search term.

Not thing much. So far is good.

I really like using the data cube feature for content research because it helps me better understand which keywords need to be included to reach the right audience.

I find that sometimes the data doesn't always match up and/or I run into technical difficulties.

How easy and efficient it is to bounce between different metrics and analytical tools.
