What do you like best about the product?
Very organized and insightful data. Has different variations of data but is not overwhelming due to how it's organized.

The customer support has been wonderful. Our bimonthly meetings are productive and our CSMs have been very knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a plan for GA4 since that is coming up quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
We've seen great results using Brightedge to scale our SEO efforts at scale. Based on their criteria, we were able to take a data driven approach to building out our website while organizing and displaying our growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data takes a while to populate for the previous month. Backlink building is not a core feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing the website specifically to generate leads & revenue in the b2b manufacturing space. Giving us data and dashboards that allows us to see the scale of our efforts.

We have been using BrightEdge to improve our online visibility and boost our brand presence in search engines, and the results have been flattering. The platform is exceptional and uses an effective combination of analytics and content optimization tools that have helped us improve our online performance and increase our lead base. A significant advantage of this platform is its ability to analyze our competitors' content and provide us with valuable information about the keywords and tactics used by competitors; this has allowed us to track online and adjust our digital marketing strategies accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
A clear possible disadvantage we find in its price, it is expensive and can be a bit complex to use at the beginning; so it is necessary to invest time and resources in staff training.

One of the main benefits we have found is the provision of a wide range of tools for content optimization and keyword analysis; this has helped us improve the quality of our content significantly, as well as our positioning in search engine search results. In addition, this product provides real-time reports that allow us to constantly track our online content and adjust our digital marketing strategies to improve our online performance and increase our potential customer base.
BE is the best SEO tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
BE collects nearly everything in the SERP landscape--classic results, map pack, PAA, site links, organic product grids and paid results.
What do you dislike about the product?
BE offers an immense amount of data, and it's difficult to learn about all of it and understand how to use it for your business purposes.

BE continuously adds in new data points as the SERP landscape changes.

I like that our company is able to customize the data that's important to us and how it allows us to also track competitors.

The one downside would be the time it takes learning the ins and outs of the product but once you get it, it's useful.

BrightEdge makes tracking keywords and content easy. I really like the reporting tools as well as being able to setup custom dashboards to track different areas of the website.

There isn't much to dislike about BrightEdge. The tool is extremely powerful and versatile.

BrightEdge has great site auditing tools to help find issues with the website and even provides recommendations on how to fix them.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself does not just provide a wealth of data but it also breaks it down for you so that's its easily digestible. Compared to similar platforms it goes above and beyond the data and insight provided for the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it provided insights specific to all social media platforms.

Cleaning up website seo tagging, meta descriptions and seo titles to increase meaningful traffic. Researching industry historical keyword search trends and current search trends to help guide our GTM strategies.
