The SEO Tool You Never Thought You Would Need but now use it all the time
What do you like best about the product?
The many insightful tools that help in research capabilities to find the most appropriate keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes BrightEdge is not as intuitive as I would like software to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Directing me to use the best keyword even if the technical, engineering team memebrs don't agree on a synonym for a word. The truth is in the numbers.

Great Keyword Analysis Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Keyword analysis from various perspectives is what makes Brightedge a great tool for those looking to enhance their search landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is constraint with competitive analysis tools within the platform, and it's not as comprehensive as other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track keyword data to see where I can do better across search and have historical reference to my data, which Brightedge satisfies. Also, the ability to visualize the data using dashboards is extremely helpful.
I think it’s a great system overall and I would refer it to others

All the tools that I can use to either navigate or anything to help me with my content and SEO.

I haven't really found anything to dislike I think it's very useful.0

It is resolving lots of issues within our website and helping us identify where it's coming from.
Good for beginners, experts and in-betweens

The ability to ask any question and get help from our assigned person. Comes with screenshots and answers specific to us.

It can be a little bit too involved for what we need.

Competitor analysis in what terms/keywords to use in content.

I think the recommendations are the best part of Brightedge
What do you dislike about the product?
Bright edge has a lot of good features and offers helpful webinars. Sometimes I feel like there are glitches/inconsistent data. I do feel like the breadth of features can be overwhelming for someone with less of an SEO background but the recommendations are a good place to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing the company to do SEO without hiring an expert or an agency (saving money)

Nothing so far. We are still learning and liking the program so far.

Data isn't always reliable - different view, different look back dates and search volume doesn't update as much as I would find helpful

Better view of market and understanding wants and needs of customers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability of dashboards and analysis by keyword groups and page groups. Bright edge also has a wealth of data history in their data cube, and the comparisons with competitors' pages is quite insightful to pinpoint where we're losing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our site has a Magenta cart, and the revenue attributed to our site goes to the cart subdomain in the Google Analytics hostname report, which is how BE shows the page level revenue data. This prevents us from viewing revenue (and forecasting potential revenue gains) from the BE recommendations. BE tech team hasn't been able to offer a solution to that yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge is allowing us to better benchmark competitors that have grabbed significant share of our organic clicks in recent months. The side by side comparison of on page content and metadata helps a lot.
