Such a useful tool to improve SEO rankings
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the platform is to use and how the BrightEdge team helps us come up with and achieve goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having all locations available within my state and having to manually request those
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Which keywords we rank well for and which ones we need to improve the rankings for. Allowing us to pinpoint problems with pages and giving recommendations on how to improve.
BrightEdge is truly a partner in SEO
What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge is a great platform. The features are robust and the access to data is top-notch. But, the customer service is the thing that really sets them apart. I have a small team and so having a biweekly meeting/ work session with an expert is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menu items aren't organized intuitively. There is a learning curve to which tools/settings are where. There are some issues with platform speed. The delay is only a few seconds but I would love to see a speedier response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge is helping us improve our SEO and understand where we stand against our competitors. The Autopilot tool has increased our page speed and made it easy implement a consent bar. The AI tools are game changers!

What do you like best about the product?
If I have any questions, the customer success manager is always available. They're super hands on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would obviously prefer some things to be more automated, but all of the recommendations are easily read and implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We especially love the competitor information available. This is helping us determine what keywords to target/track.
Bright edge has been crucial in my SEO training. Have been using it a lot during all 2022.

I like DATACUBE so much, I think it is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the side could improve excel file downloads.

It helped me understanding the behaviour of my competitors and how I could improve the ranking of my pages.
Great SEO help - and a great SEO tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brithtedge is here to help our business and they never stray away from that. Yes they focus on SEO and their tools but I've not worked with a company before that was more focused on what is benefitting their business and second how BrightEdge fits into your approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design of BrightEdge is a lot the same. I'd like some visual differences when I'm navigating in the tool in different sections. (Right now the different sections look visually the same and it can get confusing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're spending less on SEM and getting helpful insights on what people see looking for when they're searching our products agains competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
DataCube is awesome. I also like that there are ways to customize competitors and track their basic stats as well in comparison to you. I also love that the tools are robust, varied, and incredibly in-depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest issue with BrightEdge is actually the learning curve. While I'm really happy we have a team member to help us week to week, without them to guide us where we need to go, it would be difficult to know where to go and how to use it with just the knowledgebase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an issue with ranking content. Easy enough, right? We need more of our content to rank on search engines. I find that it's been very effective in helping us not only rank but see where the holes are so we can take advantage of low-hanging fruit (and high-hanging, for that matter).

Not able to customize colors in share of voice charts to match our company colors vs competitors and their colors
