Solid SEO Tracking tool with good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, quick way to build and share dashboards with clients, integrates into Google API
What do you dislike about the product?
DataCube, a feature that allows you to see all keywords ranking, only updates once a month. Would be great if this was more frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge helps me uncover how my site is performing across keywords, keyword groups and landing pages. I can see how certain keywords trend over time in search demand and rank, and I can uncover how new parts of a site are performing (i.e. new content hub).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Expensive keyword tracking tool, but worth the price with the extra bells and whistles

What do you like best about the product?
The platform gives all of the insights I need. Beyond the platform, the team at Brightedge points me in the right direction and keeps me focused on the right goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the errors it finds do not seem to be real errors, but those are few and far between. I also would like to know what pages are linked to erroneous pages. That would help me clean up errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I thought I was just going to use the platform to create new content, but I'm realizing that the SEO health of my site was worse off than I thought.

What do you like best about the product?
Enjoy weekly calls with our rep to review our keyword performance and what reccomendations are available. We have seen our search results increase as a result.

The software takes time to get to know and it's easier to learn by doing, adding keywords, page groups, etc.

Ease of use for those who aren't SEO nerds is probably the best aspect - users can simply ask questions and get answers through intuitive nav and reports

Not a huge dislike, but i dislike the pricing by keyword (and competitor) - it would be nice to pay a flat rate for unlimited

Consolidated toolset for one - although Excel is still in rotation, BE has enabled us to consolidate from a bunch of 1-off tools

Brightedge is very intuitive product. It is easy to get up and running quickly. The BE team is always keeping up with current SeO trends and providing the resources to work with them.

Sometimes I need to devote more time than is available

What do you like best about the product?
It is a tie between the ability to easily pull and visualize data to see how your site is performing and the amazing customer service support. Our rep is amazing, knows the program inside and out and is always able to help us out with our new problems/solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there is so much data is can be overwhelming or easy to fall down rabbit holes, but if you use the recommendations and other automation tools you can easily find solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working with a number of clients to see their organic performance to support paid initiatives. It has been crucial in allowing us to perform site audits, content audits, keyword reporting/growth, monthy reporting to show progress MoM and YoY and more.

I like how the UX is easy to navigate. It is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a way to find related keywords like SEMrush had.

I like using Brightedge because they have so many SEO features in one place and my Brightedge representative is helpful in showing me how to use their tools. They also have a lot of user groups, webinars and other tools to help me keep up with the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vast tools available are a little overwhelming and it is not the most user-friendly platform. However that being said, it is nice to have resources all in one place.

Brightedge is helping me take actionable steps for my website to rank better and create content that will drive traffic and conversions to our business website.
