You get what you put in, you have to define your goals to get the most out of it, which is a learning process that takes time.

What do you like best about the product?
Bright Edge is incredibly versatile. As a law firm, we are somewhat limited in terms of scope. Bright Edge is still very accommodating and we are able to personalize and customize our experience with the program so we still get max value out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bright Edge can sometimes feel like information overload. With such vast capabilities, it can be quite overwhelming sometimes and there are aspects of the software that just arent relevant to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Search intent, competitor analysis, keyword optimization + content writing, visibility, reporting. This benefits us by allowing us to better serve our lawyers and clients with optimal content and visibility. Also benefits our content writers providing them with proper keywords and writing support.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge is a cutting edge platform for optimizing organic search and AI search strategies. The Data Cube X tool is such a powerful tool that lets a user research keywords and track competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are hard to find intuitively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us get found via organic search; crushing our competition. The AutoPilot feature is also helping us get discovered.

I have found the Brightedge platform very easy to use. It makes it possible for me to identify SEO problems and fix it in the time I have available.

Tools can be easier to find on the platform.

It has helped me identify critical problems on our website. It has helped me compare my website's performance with that of competitors.
Outstanding AI Integration Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I especially enjoy BrightEdge’s content optimization and creation AI tools. I find it especially helpful to gain content ideas and construct drafts directly from keyword research.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t really anything I dislike. Brightedge offers in depth information. I would like to see a little more capabilities added to the OnCrawl feature that allows you to pull specific content like phrases. This could be especially helpful for pinpointing pages with particular wording as name changes or content changes overtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I especially like the OnCrawl feature because it adds to the technical SEO problem solving abilities.

I will be finding out hopefully soon, but I choose bright edge over my SEO agency because I felt like they were not proactive nor were they offering suggestions. With SEO being such a slow process, I don’t need a slow team as well

This is the best SEO platform I have used, providing AI-driven insights, content optimization, and performance tracking. It is especially well-suited for large organizations that need data-driven SEO strategies on a large scale.
