Best Organic Keyword Insights
What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge has unparallelled capabilitie when it comes to managing and analyzing keyword data. There are many tools and options, including AI capabilities, to identify opportunities for improving organic content and traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to understanding how to apply filtering and manipulate the keyword data once it has been gathered. Some persistence required to learn how to massage the information to gain the power to unlock insights from the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that Brightedge helps guide you and show you paths you can take, but it's ultimately your business' decision to act.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biting the bullet to spend the money is tough for many businesses, but the partnership is worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving all of our SEO problems. We research a lot of competitors to see how we rank. We are surprised by keyword research and what we think are good terms might not always be the best/what the public is searching for!

Amazing SEO tool to manage our many brands SEO.
What do you like best about the product?
The site audit tool and local SEO tool are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I woud say Brightedge is really good about teaching customers how to best utalize tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to manage so many brands on GMB and that automation is really beneficial when expanding.

You should do it, it makes managing a company with lots of brands much easier.

I like that Brightedge provides recommendations. It helps me target my efforts in a way I know is most effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot on the platform. Sometimes it's difficult to remember where to navigate to when you're looking for something specific, I.e. a report you've viewed before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We transitioned to a new website right before we got brightedge. For awhile we haven't been ranking as well as we were with the old website but we are starting to see even better results now.

CSM is organized and supports new initiatives on our site. Helps train new team members and responds quickly.

Nothing - all aspects of platform and relationships are good

No problems. Increased SEO knowledge overall and manage keywords more easily
Great Enterprise Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Data cube is the best feature. I use it everyday for keyword and ranking research. I love that I get a blended rank metric instead of a snapshot of a specific time. It's much more accurate to how we're performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a great crawling platform. The BrightEdge team had been great to work with to get any issues resolved, but we still use a different crawler that's more real time and picks up on different issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had very limited reporting and no historical data. I can easily show the value our team contributes and the success of our work.

What do you like best about the product?
If you're new to SEO or simply need hands-on support and guidance, BrightEdge is your perfect companion. The tool is quite robust in capabilities, from Keyword research, competitor analysis, site performance and optimization, and even recommendations. The support and account teams are knowledgeable and fantastic resources for providing best practices and guidance that is unique to your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the tool is so rubust, there is quite the learning curve. Not exactly a problem but it does take time and investment to become familiar with how to navigate and effectively use the tool. Sometimes it can be glitchy and the UX could be a little more obvious/user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our site didn't really have any seo, so we are currently laying the SEO foundation. Once we have baseline performance, we plan to optimize further to better perform organically and compete in the market place.

Depending on the level of information that you need Brightedge has it. From top level, quick wins with clear direction, to in-depth content creation and recommendations, Brightedge is useful for all of the team involved with website development.
Their continuous interaction with end users ensure that they stay relevant and meet requirements so there is nothing you can think of that is missing from the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike. My only feedback would be user interface. I like the four main menu options with multiple sub menus, but I feel this could be broken down even further to make it easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using a reputable company such as Bright edge gives us the evidence to go to website developers or external teams to back up our requests. It gives the proof you need in a simple search of structural and content focused changes that are required.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a no brainer. I have been using it for sometime now and there is always more to learn and take advantage of!
