What do you like best about the product?
I like the ongoing customer support the best. I appreciate the ability to track competitor websites. I frequently use the keywords in striking distance dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the initial onboarding trainer was not as skilled as my customer support manager. It would have been better to have the customer support manager do the initial training and skip the initial onboarding because I was confused about the different information I learned about how to set up page groups with keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to move keywords from page 2 to page 1, which has increased traffic to our website. The recommendations are helpful in guiding my daily routine and keep me on task.

Make sure to take your time setting up keyword and page groups in the beginning. You will save yourself time later.
