It's an amazing product! It's got a ton of features that are extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. If I have to pick something , I'd want a bit more hand-holding. But that's a "me" problem. 😂

A Reliable Sophisticated Enterprise-level SEO Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard builder. Allows to build dashboards where live data is available 24/7
What do you dislike about the product?
It has significant learning curve, but I guess it comes with sophistication and usability range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking keywords grouped in pre-defined segments. Those are then tracked on continuous basis per device type across search engines and reports provide clear direction on where the SEO efforts need to be concentrated.

It has some learning curve, but it is worth it

What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much information and data, we often experience slow results. The tool spins or times out and our wait times have increased quite a bit this year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is so much information but we use Instant and Data cube x the most and are able to quickly gather suggestions. All the reporting is super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other SEO tools, I've found that one thing that stands out about BrightEdge is the amount of effort they put into making sure their users are getting the most out of the platform. Whether it is the certification process, the weekly meetings and demos or the webinars, they want to make sure that users can fully utilize their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am personally not a huge fan of the dashboarding system in BrightEdge. My company uses SiSense for our dashboarding and I personally tend to pull the data into that platform and build my dashboards there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on the account of a very large client with pages that span 100+ countries and is gearing up for a migration. The ability to organize, edit and group keywords has been crucial for our preparation for the change over.

It's a great tool with an equally great staff waiting to help you out!

What do you like best about the product?
Love to use BrightEdge Instant and Data Cube for keyword research. The BrightEdge reporting and dashboards are also very helpful for tracking and managing keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope we can export more keywords at a time from BrightEdge datacube and Instant real-time rankings.

BrightEdge helps to track and monitor the performance of multiple keyword groups for different categories across many domains and countries.

There is so much capability and flexibility. This is an SEOs best friend to find current quick wins and future behaviors that you can jump on.

It takes a little bit of knowledge to bring everything together. But it is worth the time and energy.

Keyword research. How broad the search’s can go. Ranking keywords for sites.

What do you like best about the product?
The recommendations to use keywords, basic crawl functionality, organization of keywords and pages into groups.

I wish they had a better training and adoption program or process. Not being in the platform all day, I find myself struggling to become a power user.

What do you like best about the product?
Bright edge streamlines my reporting to leadership. Reporting is the most time consuming part of my work, and it's so valuable to be able to automate the majority of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit high. I know it's a "you get what you pay for" sort of thing, and you get A LOT with Brightedge. It can just be hard to explain the platform's value to people who don't use it every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's sometimes difficult to synthesize the most important SEO info down into a brief enough document to keep stakeholders interested. Brightedge makes it much easier to keep leadership engaged with SEO
