What do you like best about the product?
I've really enjoyed my time working with BrightEdge! They are constantly innovating and creating new products. It's also an added bonus that you have a dedicated rep to help you work through issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrightEdge is a little on the pricey side and sometimes can be glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use BrightEdge to help us with our SEO initatives. It helps keep our sites up to date on best practices.

Great software and support

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very robust. Allows you to granular campaigns on keyword sets, create your own tracking, and reporting, and automate the monthly send-outs to stakeholders. You can also create your own dashboards to see exactly the data you need to see quickly. They also provide bi-weekly support in training, as well as on an as-needed basis should we hire someone knew that needs to catch up. Their certification is also a great tool to learn the platform and get up to speed quickly.

The weekly recommendations the system makes is also a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are constantly running out of keywords as they count each keyword on each platform (i.e.: Google CA, Google Toronto, etc.) as separate keyword counts. This can be annoying, but it's no different than other monitoring software that charges per platform. It would be nice, though to have a country and local in that country altogether for better planning/targetting/monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Brightedge to gain advantage over our competition for key keywords, and be able to rank higher with them. We have seen a great increase in rankings since starting with Brightedge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Select your keywords and competitors carefully as all the recommendations and progress you make depends on them.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge is a great company to work with on all fronts. Their software is easy to use and they have a great staff of industry professionals to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used BrightEdge at my current company and at my last company, where I selected them as our SEO software, and I can't think of ANY issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my previously company and my current company, increasing organic traffic was a key part of the businesses strategy to increase revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of other Enterprise level SEO software out there and there is not too much deferent among them - the main difference with BrightEdge is their knowledge of staff and easy of doing business with.

Data-cube is helpful with keyword research to see what we're ranking for along with what our competitors are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is limited for users trying to target customers in a regional area unless you have the robust version of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're determining what our customers are searching for versus the language that we use online.

Keyword Information at Your Fingertips!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of BrightEdge is the keyword information and the page ranking data. I use data cube for all my SEO projects. It shows you keyword information and also how your pages are increasing or decreasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data in the data cube is monthly, so sometimes it is difficult to get an understanding of how your pages are doing. There are ways around this such as using dashboards, but it does not have the same level of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge has been a huge help in providing me with Keyword research for a global company. Using Intent has allowed me to see keyword rankings for different countries and with a year long view of how those terms are doing. Additionally, Data cube lets me see how my pages are increasing and if they are ranking for any featured snippets.

What do you like best about the product?
The complete suite of SEO tools, clean reporting dashboard and excellent support provided by our Customer Success Manager.
Our Customer Success Manager keeps us informed of trends, informs our strategy and helps us improve reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes after years of partnership, love this tool and service. We feel BrightEdge is a key to our SEO success.
The platform is intuitive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing organic traffic. The Site Audit feature also allows us to monitor site health and address any content duplication. Easy reporting keeps us up to date on ranking changes and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Robust reporting and customizable dashboards. A wealth of information at your fingertips. The team has been super helpful in guiding me and have made some great suggestions to improve our rankings and reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool itself has the potential to become more intuitive to use, but overall good. There are some categories and organizational changes that would help; for example I always forget that I need to go into Settings to change keywords and dashboards and end up looking at the other menu options on the left side of the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our SEO reach wasn't stellar; BrightEdge has made it easier to pinpoint and prioritize changes that will have the quickest impact. I'm also saving so much time since I don't need to crawl pages manually. The writing team has also been crucial to managing my workload.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a robust list of keywords ready; you can upload these to save time. Have a list of all competitors no matter how large or small to track performance and share of voice. Don't underestimate yourself and the power of the data at your fingertips; set up weekly dashboards to be emailed out to core team members.

What do you like best about the product?
We definitely like the recommendations features and competitor keyword analysis. This makes it easy to filter through meta and the website without much manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not as intuitive as I had hoped. For example, finding competitor data or making dashboards is through Settings. This makes training and memorization a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems being solved are how to improve and update product pages after years of not being touched. A big benefit is that the recommendations offer cover all aspects of a specific page.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are configurable to the point of knowing how you're trending in rank with a glance. When a recommendation comes in, I can go straight to our CMC and implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of drawbacks for a company that isn't using an advanced CMC, the recommendations for backend updates; we can't act on those currently. The BrightEdge team already helped us withing the rules of the audit to get more relevant recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is finding the most valuable keywords to our business that weren't yet being tracked. We've added thousands of new keywords based on the gaps that BrightEdge helped us find.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a lean and mean SEO dept. BrightEdge makes you feel like you have the power of an agency!

What do you like best about the product?
So many tools to help, from keyword tools to recommendations on what changes to make; it solves all SEO issues and makes intelligent recommendations. I love that there is a competitor research tool as well. The amount of data it can provide is enormous and using that data to make smart SEO decisions is easy with brightedge. Support is great, we have a dedicated support member and she is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only dislike concerning bright edge is the price. It is an expensive product, but it's also worth the price tag. Other than the price I love brightedge and I love the bells and whistles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to increase our SEO and gain more organic traffic, and ultimately increase lead generation and increase sales! Brighedge is helping to do this right now.

I love the tool the support and the company!
