Great tool for SEO specialists and digital marketers
What do you like best about the product?
The customer reps are very helpful, always preparing relevant agendas tailored to the needs of their clients. Reporting capabilities are customizable and detailed, allowing users to do anything they need within one platform to find new SEO strategies and promote success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be helpful to have deeper walkthroughs dedicated to new features that launch especially for SEO specialists. With all the rapid change in the industry due to the introduction of AI, new tools are popping up quickly - which keeps BE ahead of the game - but it'd be great to get a deeper understanding of what launches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the rapid shifts our sites are experiencing over the years with all the updates in the search industry.

I enjoy using BrightEdge because the playform is evolving to keep up with all SEO practices and trend especially Ai revolution to help marketers navigate the transition to the next stage of marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better UX/UI is strongly recommended especially with the new direction. Plus more automation features should be added

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Although this tool is quite expensive, I believe it is worth every penny. I have found it to be truly valuable.

Our website required a significant SEO overhaul, and we turned to BrightEdge to help identify key areas for improvement, monitor our progress, benchmark against competitors, and inform our business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using BrightEdge for six years and am very happy with the progress they have made. BrightEdge stands out for its robustness compared to other platforms like SEMrush, and its setup process was extremely simple and seamless, thanks to the help from the account manager assigned to us. The platform's capabilities in solving the AI landscape shift by providing tools to understand visibility changes and offering competitive recommendations are very valuable to me. I greatly appreciate features like Data CubeEx, which has seen significant growth in its analytical capabilities over the years. The integration of content recommendations and the AI catalyst enhances our brand presence, making a significant positive difference. SearchIQ and Content Advisor are particularly amazing for providing ongoing recommendations. I find their constant investment in technology to adapt to AI and SEO changes very promising. I rate BrightEdge a 10 out of 10 for recommending to another business due to its effective functionalities and sustained innovations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more visualization options within the tool and dashboards for better ongoing visibility. Additionally, having notifications or recommendations in real-time would be beneficial.

The Data Cube and Recommendations engine are especially useful for aligning our content strategy with what users are searching for. The reporting features are comprehensive, and we’ve been able to show measurable gains in search rankings and organic traffic since using the platform. Integration with Google Analytics and Search Console is smooth and enhances overall visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the functionality is strong, the user interface feels outdated and can be overwhelming for new users. The learning curve is a bit steep, especially when navigating advanced features like page-level SEO recommendations. Additionally, the platform occasionally lags during data pulls, and some features like custom dashboards could be more intuitive. More frequent UI updates and onboarding resources would definitely help.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge has the most comprehensive keyword database matched with the best reporting out there to tell the story, something that others have historically struggled with, especially non-enterprise point solutions. With the huge push the company has towards adoption of AI, they understand the need to push R&D to give their customers answers to the questions that they are being asked by their management: How is AI Search/LLMs affecting our bottom line?
What do you dislike about the product?
With it being a large enterprise-ready platform, it take some time and understanding how the platform works, and because of all of the features the platform has, it can seem overwhelming without proper training. Though their support has been really good, it still is just a tool at the end of the day, and you need to commit to such a solution to truly leverage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us get comprehensive data on our organization, which is a large enterprise in Fintech/software. We have a lot of competitors we care about and it gives us good visibility into the marketplace and find out where we can compete. Their dashboards are very sharp and look good, but at our size company we care more about the data to incorporate it into our business performance, which is something their APIs provides.
