What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai is user friendly and is easy to use even for non technical users.The unique features and the core functionalities set the platform apart from all other chatbot frameworks. The level of customization kore.ai provides is really good and the documentation helps even a normal user to get familiar with the platform, its features and build a basic bot. I have really enjoyed working on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations on the usage of features , furtherthere are challenges when it comes to integrating with third party platforms or custom API's

Learnt a lot about creating Bots in an easy way using XO platform
What do you like best about the product?
it is easy to use and easy to implement any bot from the scratch. I like the enormous number of features available in xo platform. Integration is the thing I haven't worked on yet. As per theoretical knowledge, it would be easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can see there is no option to view data fom the datatables.
As a developer i feel it would be better if we can see the data inside tables, either by querying it or by using any GUI.
Language options we have to change feew things manually, it would be better if teh bot translates it like it translates the small talk.

I could see Kore.AI is solving multiple problems under multiple areas, so far i have experienced ITSM, Business management, Travel Assistant and many more... and

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai is a user-friendly and easy to implement platform that significantly enhances customer experience through streamlined features. I am using this platform on a daily basis. It effortlessly incorporates API integration, facilitates the creation of dashboards, and conducts NLP analysis, contributing to a comprehensive toolset. The platform also accommodates custom Javascript code, allowing for flexible data handling. Training becomes straightforward with its intuitive interface, making the overall experience smooth and efficient. Also, the trainer was very helpful in terms of giving different examples to make understand the concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe documentation could have more examples around the concepts.

I am a data science professional and Kore.ai is helping in chatbots development with its no code -low code platform from scratch. It saves a lot of time while building, training and testing the chatbot.

Kore XO Platform provides a very extensive way to deply smart bots into different channel carrying the same experience in all of them. The tools are simple and is a friendly approaching to new conversational agents. Deploying the bot in this channels just need a couple of clicks and let you communicate through whatsapp, web channel, and other services.

Maybe documentation could have more friendly examples, videos or guides of using some components.
