Very innovative platform for Bot development
What do you like best about the product?
The flawless platform and the tools Kore has developed for bot developlment are really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Train feature of the platform still needs some more work is my opinion.

The XO Platform of Kore.AI provides a feature rich environment to create bots.

Very friendly platform to create chatbots
What do you like best about the product?
It gives you access to create and publish your chat bot by creating it from the platform, you can test and learn. They have a community that has been growing, where there are some frequently asked questions that can be consulted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can get lost in the documentation because there is a lot of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to create conversations in a simple way, as it is low code it allows you to focus more on solving the rest of the technical problems and Kore takes care of the conversational part.
Training is good and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I Like having entire planning, development, testing and publishing as sequence in tool, which helped to go in order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kore.ai has few bugs in developing dialog tasks.

It will help in assisting support engineers.

Great development experience with various channels. One portal for easy development and implementation, integration testing and user experience

Works only with Javascript. Concepts that Kore.AI is built on is easy, but we need to familiarize ourselves to the concepts.

The interface is very easy to understand and the amount of support provided the team in means of training and documents are excellent. Its easy to find answers to any related queries.

Voice side or IVR channel is yet to improve

What do you like best about the product?
I recently build a chatbot for travelling assistant using kore.ai platform. I have attended the kore.ai basic developer training where i gained valuable experience which helped me in understanding the complete flow of a chatbot. The trainer (Jayanti Chakarboti) has explained everthing very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about kore.ai.

Kore.ai is helping in chatbots development without coding from scratch. I got an exposure to build a chatbot for one of my project post my kore.ai training.

All the video sessions and the rich context in the documents helped me to learn the bot building experience faster.The trainer was also so helpful and polite.
