Most of the integration using third-party may be its not secure at all.

What do you like best about the product?
ChatBot is an all-in-one plaforms to create, deploy and track bots across various channels. The customization options are pretty and navigating through the platform and integration is super easy. I created chatbot for Travel Assistant. This will helps organizations to eliminate manual task via the use of chatbot.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part of Kore.AI is its product. An intelligent product
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes as I havent observed anything so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part for Kore.AI is all about its Low Code XO platform. Its a great tool for people like Business Analysts in the industry who can design the Chatbots based on their requirements.
Its built in functions help the designers to create an application.
Builtin Integrations will help the bot builder / developer to integrate faster. Also the inbuilt DB creation help in temporary storage.

Overall the product is well thought, designed and developed

What do you like best about the product?
Platform with great functioning components. Simplified in ground level for the developer to handle each function. Everything arranged systematically which provides perfect support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bot builder platform (strucks) doesn't work suddenly. A Proper Loader can be implemented while fetching the response in the bot to achieve great user experience where it takes time to load the response. Would be helpful if care could be taken for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be helpful if you could add a loader to the chatbot while fetching the data, which could engage the user to bot. That provides a good user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple and easy to use even a person with no coding knowlede can able to build a bots with having some logics. this plateform is well developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
many a times the site won't respond correctly its getting lag which i think might be due the traffics. which I think should be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will make initial talk with customer eaiser without having a deidcated perosn for chat supports this chat bots can easily handle the basic talk.

What do you like best about the product?
Robust and excellent XO Platform.. Very user friendly and lot of functionality being incorporated for different level of users like Developers, Managers, C-Ma nagers etc. There are mnay in built dashboards exclactly depicit various Metrics at different level.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such nothing and most of functionlity working well.. Still as a developer i could find few bugs, but am sure it will be corrected in upcoming releases

As a developer started learning to build the IVA Bot in XO Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Chatbot development became easy due to the drag and drop features and with less lines of code we are able to develop highly complex chatbots and integrate them with our apps.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole platform and the conversation design feature are provided by Xo platform. The no-code and low-code platform helps to create the dynamic feature in a single go. Also the integration of the kore ai bot with the ms teams where we can accommodate the graph and azure services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can you please enhance the NLU as there are many ambiguities coming in while training up the bot with similar sentences or utterances? Also if we can get the support assistant right at the platform will help us to raise the query right there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore ai helped us to solve one of the complex issues and provided us with solutions related to IT or any assistance which helped us to communicate and finish regular activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is good, even API integration and some logical JavaScript. These are all important in the IT field and help with interviews. I mostly liked the way of introduced every part. I like building chatbots because it is very interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, everything is good. All things are useful for all. even I much like kore.ai because of building bots, If you have more ideas then you should create more bots related to our knowledge. I know some people's way of understanding is very difficult but it is easy because they spend some time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think on my side there is no problems, but I know some people's way of understanding is not easy, I have a suggestion for a few peoples who spent time creating are building bots they should easily understand and easily explain to others.
