What do you like best about the product?
User friendly tool with all sort of latest tech stack update. MidCap organizations can easily integrate their applications at low cost. Training model and deploying bot is in simple steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still need to explore more on this, to find what is the least used in the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful things
--> Create and deploy the dialog tasks for every user action involves in day to day life
--> Integration of enterprise Web services to get real time data to show to user
--> Customizaiton that can be done using different types of nodes
--> In additional to the above, it supports custom javascript code to handle the data
--> Training of the bots with predefined utterances, patterns, concepts, etc.

--> In additional to the above, it supports custom javascript code to handle the data

What do you dislike about the product?
Even though many options are provided in creating workflows for dialog task, I suggest creation of digital forms can be more effective.
For example --> A developer or an administrator may required to create a digitial form for their business purpose. So if Kore Ai can develop a system which can create a basic digitial form automatically using the developer/administrator provided input requirements (similar to what we communicate with chat GPT). Then using the automatic created digital forms, the developers/administrators can enhance it as per their indepth requirements. This will enable the team to concentrate more on enhancing the digital form such as validations, conditions, default values and eliminates the purpose of creating everything from scratch on digital forms.

Interesting user interface to build bots
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly and interesting and exciting experience to build the bots using Kore.AI
What do you dislike about the product?
The designs built are not saving properly. An option to save local copies should be provided. If any small change happens by mistake its disturbing the flow. I am still learning and exploring, may be I am not fully aware at the moment about all the functionalities. But overall its good exeprience working with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with useful business use cases and thus time saving by decreasing the manual effort and increasing the productivity which helps in the growth of the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to develop and run, training session was really great which is missing in other providers in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The community is not up to mark on answering questions on Voice bot.

Converting the legacy IVR experience to conversational dialog, ML part helping us to develop conversational IVR.

i had gone through the standard chatbot as a virtual assistand and i found it very good user interace and ease of use

User friendly interface to develop the chatbots and virtual assistansts with easy drag and drop features with less requirement of coding knowledge in javascript

As of now, I haven't faced any issues in the kore.ai platform in development of my chatbot (medical assistance) with most user friendly features of the platform

as of now don't have any negative thing, but one thing i noticed while talking to my bot when bot giving me some option(a,b,c) to proceed so if i am giving only option like a it is not performing respective operation
